This company with a UK domain is…
This company with a UK domain is actually not in the UK. They are based in the Czech Republic. I bought a product from them thinking they were in the Uk and when they dispatched the item it said that it was subject to custom duty. Now they don’t want to refund me even though the item will also not arrive in time for Christmas as previously stated in their website. Never buying from them again!

Bad service …

Will never use this company again.
Will definitely not be using this company again. Order took nearly three weeks to arrive. When it finally came it has a European plug which will need to be changed. Received no notification that the article was being delivered. It just turned up and was left on the doorstep.
