Cheaper than other suppliers. You have to wait few days for the products, but the price difference makes it worth.

Made pre-order for a drone, was mentioned that 5 drones will arrive after 4 days.

Monday nobody contacted with me, after my question, they said that my drone was sold to somebody else. Finish.

We did not sell the drones you ordered to someone else but there were customers who made the preorder sooner. As soon as the product is restocked and assigned to your order you will be informed promptly.

Quiero agradecer a los conductores porque tuve un percance, dejé mi celular y mis maletas en el bus Zaragoza Marbella el día 1 de mayo del 2022. Ya que subí al auto bus y me baje, el bus arranco un conductor que acababa de dejar un bus me ayudó a ubicarme en el otro bus que iba para Madrid 20 minutos después , se comunicaron con el conductor del bus en donde estaban mis pertencias el me espero la estación de Madrid para entregarme mis pertencias, muchísimas gracias por la ayuda , excelente servicio.

Waited over 5 weeks for a phone
Waited over 5 weeks for a phone. I called them several times to be told they will sort it. Which they didn't. Asked for a refund several days ago. Which I still haven't received. Now I have to seek legal advice. I'm still convinced that the company is a hoax and I've been ripped off.

I have ordered a kettle on 4/04/22 this has not been sent today 13/04/22 they tell me there is a problem with my delivery address yet they have taken my money not one person contacted me shocking 458201088 is my order number maybe someone will get this sorted yes a refund is supposedly being made however you made no effort to resolve why I never received my order total disgraceful service

The warranty is a scam
Two weeks ago I put the computer I bought from Alza - which is under warranty - to their repairshop to fix the keyboard. A minor fix, like anybody that knows anything about computers will know. I still haven't gotten the computer back.
The main issue though is a total lack of communication and customer serivce, I tried every avenue possible to get any proper answers about how long it would take - but when you enter the device in the workshop you can only speak to a computer, that gives you very limited options and no feedback. Trying to get answers online has also proved absolutely futile. They do keep on about the maximum 30 day limit, but I wasn't asking about that - I was asking about an estimate, that seems impossible to get. Therefore, the Alza warranty is useless, in fact worse then useless, since if I had known how absurdly long it would have taken I probably would have just bought a new computer.

"Fast and Accurate Delivery" is a joke.
Ordered an item that was indicated as "in stock" also paid for their so called "Fast and Accurate Delivery". This fast and accurate delivery took them 9 days to deliver me... No, not an item, just a message that item is not in stock. Unbelievable awful service. I just hope that I will receive my money back (at least in this century). I do not recommend this store to anyone who appreciate their time.

Takes months to refund if return the item
The item came as expected. I returned the item within 7 days due to some dysfunction. It took several months for the refund. I was intermittently kept informed. So if anyone is in the same boat with regards to waiting for any kind of refund, you have some hope of receiving it.

Phone for a good price and with fast delivery
Ordered a phone online. Parcel has arrived 1 day later than planned who well, this is not the fault of the shop. Sadly this shop is not delivering goods directly to my country (Lithuania) so I had to use a workaround :) Anyway, I am glad with experience, received the parcel successfully, would buy again :)

Still haven't gotten my refund yet and it's been a month now.
I was a bit harsh since it took a while to get the product back to them but as soon as it arrived they immediately refunded me. This has changed my mind about them.
