Great service, highly recommended this company

KUDOS Altitude Sport!

I needed to change the shipping address of an item that I had ordered earlier in the day. Although it wasn’t possible to change the shipping address, Daniel suggested canceling my order, then reordering with the desired address, which I did.

Altitude Sports is always a pleasure to deal with. Honest, respectful and has a great selection.

Customer Service was great, they contacted FedEx to ensure my package was delivered to my house. FedEx always re-labels my address and won’t fix the issue. Customer Service kept me updated as to their progress with FedEx. It was greatly appreciated.

They split my order into two shipments. I only received the first shipment. The second was delivered to the wrong address, and the company refused to issue a refund.

I returned the first shipment that I did receive, but they never refunded me for it either, even though their own tracking information shows they received the return. In the end, I paid for items I never received and never received a refund for the items I returned. Very disappointing customer service.

I had a great experience ordering from Altitude Sports. They offer an excellent selection of brands and products. I contacted their customer service regarding an issue with my order, and they resolved it very quickly—even outside of regular business hours. I was very impressed with their prompt and professional support.

My best friend of 60 years and I are planning to do a 10 night hike on the LaCloche Silhouette Trail to celebrate our 70th birthdays and some of my gear was due for replacement. Altitude Sports has been my go to supplier for about 14 years now and I know they can be counted on to have the “stuff” I need. They are also a wealth of knowledge and are always willing to help. I had an issue finding a cover for my Gregory Boltoro Pro 85L and they even found a store in Calgary for me that I could order it from even though I had already searched the internet high and low. The best brands, the best delivery, the best support and all at competitive prices, especially if you watch the sales.
Thanks Altitude Sports!!
I’ll be back.
Cheers, terry

Exceptional customer care
Excellent selection of products at competitive pricing
Highly recommend Altitude Sports

I purchased some yoga pants by Prana kanab and they are so comfortable, stylish and durable. Very good service if you have any questions about the product.
I love shopping at Altitude sport and support their mission.

Transaction was processed instantly- Understand the request and acted upon it - I have been a huge supporter of this company and staff go above and beyond.

Great customer service and great delivery. I always buy from altitude sport.

This is my favourite online shopping experience. They fulfill ordered quickly, shipping is usually great, tracking is accurate. Returns are super easy. I love being a member. I earn credits for reviews. Any time I’ve had an issue, their customer service has been great.

My order arrived quickly, and the sizing chart provided online was accurate meaning that the product fit me perfectly. The company followed up immediately to ensure everything was okay. I really like that it's Canadian and the clothing was made in a fair-trade certified factory.

I put in a request for Price Adjustment and it was completed within 24 hours. The whole process was very efficient and easy to follow. Earlier, the buying and receiving experience was smooth and efficient as well. Clear communication throughout!

Altitude Sports has excellent customer service.
Their product line is great.
Prices and discounts rock.
And membership benefits are generous.
One of my favourite of all time companies.

Reponse rapide, claire et efficace
