I had an interview with one of the hr members. She proudly agreed to a second interview with me then never email me back with the details. I’m just saying when you give someone your word watch what will happen to you.

All good. Great service and great shipping options. Just disappointed that my membership discount doesn't apply to Patagonia

I reached out to customer service about Altitude's price match policy. Within 24 hours, I had confirmation that they would credit back my card. Quick and efficient.

Service à la clientèle toujours incroyable ! Rapide et efficace!

Best place to get outdoor gear from period. The prices are great, customer service is always extremely helpful and the selection is huge.

Vous êtes ma référence no 1. Bravo!

Great, or should I say amazing deals with a fantastic rewards program. I always check out altitude’s catalog before shopping elsewhere.

Trusted Canadian site for authentic brands. Join the membership. It’s worth it!

Juste wow!

Fantastic Customer Service. Excellent products with, arguably, the best deals around.

This is the best sports, casual and great product retailer online. The service is impeccable, the prices are great and the service does not even compare to other retailers, they go above and beyond.

Altitude is my go to for our shopping news - clothes, shoes, outdoor activities. Good pricing, easy returns if needed and responsive customer service.

Speedy delivery of a hard to find size and style. My keens were 15 years old and I had to order 2 sizes (women 7 and 7.5) from 2 different stores. I had to refund your pair (unworn and new) bc I am truly a 7.5.

The only resolution that worked was via text. Your phone number and chat did not connect.

Had to make a return due to it being the wrong size. Very helpful and easy process thus far
