Allied Surveyors Scotland Anmeldelser

Excellent service by Iain and Bernadetta. Throughly recommend.

Allied provided us with great service and advice on our recent sub-lease deal. They worked very hard to get everything completed. I'm delighted with them.

Amazing what a lovely natured woman Aisha is .never came across a surveyor like her down to earth .tells you if the work done is nice ,points out any problems ,allied surveyors need to keep a hold of her she's a gem thank you Aisha

We started working with Allied this year, and we are very impressed with their level of service. Their attention to detail, highest level of communication is excellent leaving the competition way behind.

Highly recommended!!!!!

Great service and professionalism from Aisha Akram.

Her honesty, integrity and knowledge of her job was fantastic.

Highly recommend Aisha as part of the Allied Surveyors team.

Jonathan

Allied and Ian were a fantastic support throughout the process with good advice and a great network of connections that helped us through the process.

Thanks again.

This company say a property is safe , when it could collapse on the new buyers head potentially killing them.

Take no responsibility and try to bully there way out of blame. They post pictures that are not of the same part of the house to avoid responsibility

Allied say “they could not inspect the ceiling because the the flooring had furniture on it.”

We even have a structural engineer report confirming it. Still they bury their heads in the sand.

This behaviour not only overinflated the property price but could kill someone and they don’t care
AVOID THIS COWBOY COMPANY

Iain Mercer found a tenant for our commercial property, guiding us through an extremely challenging period. He and his colleague Bernadetta provided professional, sound advice throughout, expediting progress with our local council office and keeping us updated at all times. Would highly recommend and would be happy to use in the future.

Iain Mercer persevered in difficult market conditions to find a tenant for our small commercial property. He was always professional, helpful and kept us fully up-to-date with progress. We have used Iain in the past and will be very happy to use him in the future.

We were delighted with the service we received from Iain and his colleague. Excellent communication, very helpful and we simply couldn’t have let the property without them. Highly recommended.

I have over some years obtained advice on local property values and related matters from Simon Breeze who practices from Allied Surveyors Haddington Office. Having been based there for some time I have found him to be very up to date and knowledgeable of the housing market in East Lothian. Over the last year he has both valued property for me and has just advised on a suitable rent. I would accordingly have no hesitation in recommending his services which he undertakes in a professional, prompt and efficient manner.

Great attentive service at a reasonable cost.

Dreadful company, grossly underestimated the value of my home and took £540 for the privilege. Was recommended by Estate Agent also in Hamilton. Never again.

Iain provided an excellent service, was extremely professional. He kept me right throughout the process, communicated clearly and in a timely manner.
Although under the current climate the process took quite a while longer than is normal, Iain remained patient and supportive throughout.
Would certainly recommend.

This company is to be avoided at all costs! Very unprofessional, ignorant and inaccurate. I had a pre-sale valuation done by couple of estate agents and another surveyor, which was roughly the same and then came Allied Surveyor's rep Jim Harold who was late, was in the property for about 5 minute (did not even entered all rooms) and valued the property 50K less then other professionals! His valuation was primarily based on the price I paid for the property few years ago with no consideration whatsoever to total house remodelling including masonry, all around heating systems, new bathrooms, new kitchen, etc. as well as 'apparent' comparison of similar properties-which was an utter lie, as surrounding properties were sold way above the price of my property. Only after his horrendous misdemeanour I was told by one of the estate agents that this man is known in the area for such behaviours and noone should let him in for any surveys and valuations. 1 star is too much. Avoid at all costs! DESPICABLE on all levels!

I jhave used Allied Surveyors in both Glasgow and Inverness and always found their service to be excellent and value for money.

Most recently, Keith Campbell in Inverness assisted with the sale of our Highland home (in Kincraig). His attention to detail and friendly - but always professional advice and guidance - helped make the entire process as painless as possible. Thank you Keith and stay safe in the current difficult times.

Iain Mercer was very efficient in identifying a suitable property and negotiating acceptable terms to buy. Everything done calmly, promptly, politely and professionally.

Didn't have the same service standard as depicted here. Had to chase for 3 weeks before getting a report. That was pre-covid.
I was dealing with the Hamilton office, property in ML11 7BH. That was a disappointing experience.

Outstanding Service
We have been dealing with Iain Mercer from Allied Surveyors and he has been informative, patient and polite. Having never leased anywhere before Iain's knowledge about the process was invaluable. Highly recommended

Iain was super; very effective at finding me a tenant, even under challenging circumstances due to Covid19 and he was always upbeat and positive about what my property could achieve, in spite of the current climate. All the signage and marketing paid off and I got a few viewings with a new tenant signed up very quickly. The service was very professional and I was looked after very well during the whole process with lots of communication about what was going on.
