Allied Surveyors and Valuers Ltd is a general practice cooperative, owned by its 30 shareholding Chartered Surveyors, covering England and Wales. Allied is well established within the arena of mortgage valuations with a particular specialisation in the field of residential investment property from BTLs to complex HMOs. In addition to acting for financial institutions, Allied is an established private client business. Our surveyors hold a wide range of experience and are proficient in carrying out surveys for home buyers including the popular RICS Home Survey Level 1 (formerly Condition Survey), RICS Home Survey Level 2 (formerly Homebuyer Survey) and the RICS Home Survey Level 3 (formerly Building Survey). The company also has a commercial property valuation department. All surveyors are specialists in their field and the Regional Directors have worked for many years in their geographical areas to live up to the firm’s mantra of offering ‘national coverage with local knowledge’.

I had a great experience with Allied Surveyors & Valuers when arranging a RICS valuation for Help to Buy redemption. The process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear, booking was quick, and the surveyor attended promptly.
The report was delivered the same day as the inspection, which really helped keep everything moving without delays. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable and straightforward valuation.

Fantastic service with a super quick turnaround time
We reached out to Allied Surveyors for a valuation report, in order to purchase the remaining shares of our shared ownership property.
The response time was fantastic, very responsive with their emails and providing quotes. We were able to arrange a visit from Kirsty at the Leeds office within a couple days of payment, and this included a weekend in between!
The service was fantastic and the report was delivered the following day. Very helpful as our lender was after this as soon as possible.
The overall experience was top notch, from the friendly speedy responses over email to the actual survey and timeliness of the returned report, and the price of course! All reasonable and overall a great experience!

Excellent customer service from the moment I enquired about my level 2 survey report. I was quickly booked in, the report is extremely thorough and has uncovered important issues with the property which are now being addressed prior to completion which has saved huge problems going forward. I appreciated the telephone call to discuss the report prior to receiving it and the advice provided. I would 100% recommend this service and company to anyone moving house.

Great service and a quality report.
Very pleased with the service and quality of the report (Level 2). It highlighted a lot of issues I had no idea about and my surveyor was very helpful when I asked him some follow-up questions. In the end, this report ended up helping me negotiate a fair chunk of money of the asking price and gave me a good idea of what I was buying.
