Allied Surveyors Scotland Anmeldelser

Iain & Bernadetta have been truly outstanding in their partnering with me in the sale of the family commercial properties in East Lothian.

The description, a "bag of bits" is perhaps the most fitting to describe the small portfolio of interlinked properties, that we asked Iain to partner with us with in this sale.

The wise counsel, tenaciousness and pro-activity that Iain and Bernadetta brought was exceptional in what became a very drawn-out and complex process relative to the size of the portfolio.

Without doubt, I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Iain & Bernadetta and Allied Surveyors as the perfect partner with whom to work in any commercial property activity in Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Fantastic service. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional surveyor and a very thorough job done on our commercial valuation. Cannot recommend Allied Surveyors highly enough.

I had a fantastic experience with the Paisley Allied team who carried out a home report for my home. The team were very quick to arrange my report and Ross was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend enough if your looking for reliable, trustworthy surveyors.

Excellent service - would highly recommend! I've used Allied surveyors both personally and professionally over the years and their service is consistently high-quality. On this occasion, two of the households in our family required Home Reports. Nick Rose was very professional, prompt and friendly. We were delighted with the findings of the surveys and the respective valuations. We will continue to use and recommend Allied Surveyors in the future. Thank you, Nick!

Allied were great to work with - they listened, were responsive to our circumstances and found us tenants very quickly. I'll definitely go with them again when and if my property becomes vacant again. Highly recommended.

Andy did a great job. The office staff were responsive and friendly and the survey was done on time. Everything was done in a very professional way and the price quoted was the final price.

Grant provided an excellent and professional service which went above and beyond .
My calls were always answered promptly and due to the efficiency of the service a purchaser was found quickly .
Without hesitation I would highly recommend Grant @ Allied Surveyors .

Great service and support by Kevin and the team at Allied Surveyors providing a thorough and detailed survey within a short lead time. Would certain use again.

We used Allied for a property valuation in the East Lothian area. Simon was very professional and friendly with the report being submitted promptly. The whole process was straightforward and we will use this company again.

Mark was top class and available to answer any questions I had. Could not recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again in the future.

We instructed Allied to produce a Home Report for our property on the north of the Isle of Skye. They were able to fit in around our timescales and found a convenient date to attend quickly.

The Surveyor, Graham, was very helpful and considerate in his approach, taking into account every aspect of the work we'd done to the property over the years. The report he produced is very detailed and considers all aspects of the building fabric and services. He also took the time to review plans and details from previous renovation work to reflect those in the report, ensuring that it was as accurate as possible.

Overall, I am very happy that we chose Allied Surveyors for this work and I would highly recommend them.

The surveyor arrived on the agreed time and carried out the survey in a professional manner.
It was the 2nd time I have used Allied Surveyors for Home Reports and the same Surveyor carrying out the survey. Excellent customer satisfaction both times and I would recommend the company to family and friends.

Like their co-conspirators Munro &…
Disgraceful, are overly censorious, fraudulent and /or disingenuous Business Reviews Sites. As was the case in 2017 to date

Great service. Stephen was great. He was very friendly and professional, and turned our report around in a great time.

Found them very pleasant, helpful, and always returned our phone calls.

Excellent service from Stephen from Allied Surveyors for our Home Report. Stephen arrived promptly and was very professional, taking the time to explain the process and how the 1-3 condition categories work. The final report was comprehensive, clearly highlighting maintenance areas without being overly alarmist. We received the draft within 1 day, and the final version was ready for our estate agent shortly at the same time. Highly recommend for any seller in the Central Belt!

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
Stephen and the team were great to work with. They were prompt to respond to our initial enquiry and were flexible in terms of working around our timescales for completion of our Home Report. The survey itself was carried out in a professional and efficient way, requiring limited input from us. Once completed we received the final report soon after and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable surveying company.

I cannot recommend Andy and the team at Allied Surveyors highly enough. We recently commissioned a valuation for a holiday park in the Highlands, and the service was exceptional.

What stood out most was Andy's ability to work to our very aggressive completion timelines. He delivered an incredibly thorough and professional report under significant time pressure, providing the exact commercial insight our lenders required.

Furthermore, Andy provided continuous support well after the report was issued, jumping in to help with additional requirements for third parties and ensuring all stakeholders had the data they needed to move forward. His expertise in the Scottish leisure sector is second to none, but it’s his responsiveness and dedication to his clients that truly set him apart. Professional, reliable, and highly recommended

I had a choice of a couple of surveyors and went with Allied Surveyors, Inverness. On booking a home report survey, I only had to wait a day or two before they cameout which was great. Keith got in touch and from then on in, he kept in touch. Even on the day of the survey, he had been held up slighly and he called to say he would be slightly later. He was polite and so professional and extremely easy to talk too. He carried out the survey with absolutely no issues at all. The draft survey was issued a dy or two later and there was one small issue that I raised. I emailed Keith and he called back and the issue was resolved almsot immediately. It was a real pleasure dealing with Allied Surveyors and Keith. Many tanks

I have been very impressed with the excellent service I received from the Residential department of the Edinburgh branch of Allied Surveyors Scotland.
The office staff were most responsive to my request for a valuation to be undertaken at short notice and made all the arrangements for timely access.
The surveyor, Arran Leask, prepared a very comprehensive report and, as this was the first time that I had requested such a report, took time to talk me through it and to answer any questions I had.
On this basis, I can fully recommend him and his associates.
