I contacted Graham & Sibbald in Edinburgh regarding the need to have a Building Survey Report carried out as soon as possible on a property that was on the market which was of interest.
Graham & Sibbald responded more or less straight away & were able to accommodate our request.
The detailed report was completed & forwarded within the agreed timescales.
From my experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Graham & Sibbald .

Extremely quick - Two working days from instruction to a completed and fair report. They sent a draft within 24 hours of surveying the property and that needed a slight factual tweak. That was amended and sent back within the hour. Excellent service.

I recently had a Home Report done on one of our properties by Gosia Kilpatrick. She was very professional throughout her visit. She arrived promptly and was very complimentary about our flat. The draft survey was emailed to us the next day and we approved it. We approved the final copy the same day! No amendments were required to the survey report. Excellent service.

Can’t fault Neil Cromarty Inverness branch. Came to survey my parents house for Home Report and discovered they had got Cavity Wall insulation put in! Obviously devastating for me trying to sell property but he went above and beyond to contact colliegues over Scotland to try and find companies that would extract this cavity wall. He gave me contact details and as a result i got a company which has now extracted the cavity wall and at a very reasonable price. Can now move forward with selling property but

The first hurdle of putting our house on the market was made with a very prompt appointment to carry out our home report. I was met on the day by Richard who was genuinely enthusiastic about the job that he was doing. I had a great chat with him and he talked me through everything. Be careful with this company. If something goes wrong they aren't very forthcoming in remedying the issue.

We are currently in an unsafe house with scaffolding poles holding up our ceiling and have been for 6 months.

We are in the process of suing Graham + Sibbald for professional negligence.
