We never got the work boots
We never got the work boots, I rebooted DHL for a redeliver for Friday 25th July, they never came. So no work boots for me.

Returning a pair of boots has been a total fiasco. Returns label provided has been rejected by DHL in 6 different service points. Calls to Alex Direct have been unhelpful and ineffective.
It’s starting to feel like returns are not wanted.

Was looking to buy good quality workwear for a relative. Found black fleeces at a competitive price on this website. Easy to order as new customer. Package well and delivered within days. Ordered a pair of shorts for work
Ordered a pair of shorts for work, communication of order received in first instance, then nothing no email to say when item was going to be delivered no tracking reference nothing, a week goes by and still nothing, had to email them to get communication and then was told someone would contact me as the email I sent was for the attention of another department. Finally 4 days later received email correspondence advising delivery would take place withing 2 working days true to the word item received... apart from the lack of communication and delay in delivery the item quality is spot on.

The parcel was not delivered to me; from the tracking, it looks like your driver gave it to someone at the gate!
Parcels should always be delivered to my door (30) on the 3rd floor & left there.
You are responsible for this; please investigate.
