The package was left on the doorstep
The package was left on the doorstep, no one rang the bell. It was not stolen but easily could have been.I was in so know the bell wasn’t rung.
The product I purchased is excellent

Confusing first time ordering
First time ordering from Alex. Ordered caterpillar safety boots ,received order confirmation but no delivery date. Enquired after a week for a delivery date, to be told those boots were out of stock, and they'd refund me "if I wanted". Checked the website to find 3 pairs still in stock. When I pointed that out to customer services, I almost immediately received a despatch note. So while I did get the boots, I'm not impressed with the service!
Not entirely sure id order from them again

Terrible company every excuse I have seen on trust pilot from customers is still happening, ordered boots on the 20th of December which I found out were out of stock after I contacted them, and the excuse was the payment should not have gone through like other people have complained about, now waiting for a refund and its nearly February, have emailed multiple times about this issue, I have now involved my bank in this transaction because this company are a scam, I will update if I ever get my money back, I would give no stars if I could customer service is beyond shocking.

Placed an order on 3rd Dec 2025, heard nothing so decided to contact on 12th Dec, was told order had been picked ready for despatch, after 4 days still no parcel so rang again to be told 'the item is out of stock you shouldn't have been able to place the order in the first place, I'll issue a refund! 1 week later still no refund, appalling service, am i ever going to get my money back???

Don’t waste your moneyOrdered the floral buttoned hooded…
Ordered the floral buttoned hooded sweater what I received bore no resemblance the the photo on the website. I received a cheap fleece in off pink with printed images, absolutely fuming that this was so misrepresented… do not trust this save your money. Was meant as a Christmas present, would give it to a charity shop

Scam. Avoid
I ordered some work trousers and the stitching came away after only 2 months of wear. On closer inspection, you can see the outside pockets are different from what i recived to what it shows online. I have tried to contact several times but no one is interested, yet they're happy to bombard me with promotional emails.

Amazing customer service
I installed gave this company a one star review. I felt that the items received did not look like the ones ordered. After corresponding with Claire, I have been completely bowled over. I never thought I would receive any contact and Claire offered for the items to be collected with a full refund. I feel now that I want to keep them as they've grown on me. I won't give 5 stars for the products and delivery time as this was very slow, however their customer service is above and beyond excellent.
The clothing is nothing like advertised. It took ages to arrive and I'm throughly disappointed.
