Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Couldn't be bothered to respond to my email after asking for photographic evidence regarding faulty work boots. Avoid this company. Disappointing.

Ordered 21/8 still no product
Ordered 25/8 still no product, asked for an update as my son needed them for the start of college at beginning of sept and never got back to me and asked for a refund two weeks ago and still not got that either! STILL NO REFUND 1/10/25 Even though they said I would get one 3 days ago!

Received these Sketches safety shoes…
Received these Sketches safety shoes when wearing them the left shoe has a terrible creaking noise when walking on the day I received them only to be told there is nothing Alex’s Direct can do and not to return the shoes disappointed and money wasted.
