We ordered a t-shirt, mug, watch band and cell phone case at the beginning of December. Almost 2 1/2 months later we have received items. The watch band is cheap looking and can’t be used, as it’s missing one of the mounting attachments to attach it to my Apple Watch. The T-shirt seems to be a decent quality and hubby was pleased with it. The “jet fuel”mug is cheap looking, and at $25, I expected it to be
Made in the USA not China! The phone case that was sent was the wrong size, so who knows if we’ll see the replacement before Easter. All in all, a very disappointing experience dealing with the back and forth emails with customer service and the excuses. Won’t be buying from them again, which is unfortunate, as many airline friends will be retiring soon, it would’ve made for some fun gifts.

As a plane buff, I've been collecting for quite some time and love the products from airportag! From passport wallets to pillows, the quality is great no matter what you get. I figured if I can't get to the planes the last couple of years, I'll bring the parts to me!

I have bought a lot of products at Airportag, but always surprise me with new products, that I love all of them.
I really recomend this store, the products, the kindly attention.

The goods have still not arrived since the order end October for a Christmas present. I still have my doubts as to whether they are legit? After many cut and paste emails, I received a mail after three months saying that they would send a replacement. However, I have emailed a few times to get a tracking number, but my emails are ignored. Is this a genuine operation, because the service is really poor, and I am not holding my breath, as I think that I have been scammed.

The airport tag was a great gift for my wife. Now she has to decide which piece of luggage she wants to hook it to.

I always have received my orders as placed. Their customer service is excellent. I love yo show off my airport codes Burton for people yo know where Ive been traveling.

I stumbled across the AirportTag website after hunting for a new passport cover. From ordering to delivery I can only say everything was perfect. Great communication all the way and the parcel arrived with delivery note and everything in tact. Loved the quirky little life vest gift bag. That made me laugh and love the humour the company has. The passport covers are gorgeous. Sturdy, excellent quality and slick. I needed 2 passport covers as I'm a dual citizen and to tell my passports apart so the flags were perfect and instantly I know which one to grab at border control. Love the ideas on the site and it was easy to navigate. Postage to Germany was good and no import duty my end to pay which is fab. Really thrilled with my purchases & have recommended to my friends. Love to be supporting an American company, too! Makes a change from everything coming out of China! Thanks AirportTag!

Thrilled with AirportTag in EVERY way. The tags are WELL made. There are so many to choose from to suit everyone's personality or interest. Customer Service is first rate! These tags make wonderful gifts!

Placed an customize pillow case to be deliveres to Aruba on dec 5, i was emailes and asked if everything was corect so they can proceed with my order.... received a tracking number for usps, but since dec 5th, NOTHING has been updated. It even appears that the "package" is still in boca raton and not usps..... i emailed them and i was said that thw package is on the way..... its been 20 days already

In a situation where Airportag messes up on on order (doesn't fulfill all of the items) they really drop the ball in making good on completing it. I also notice that although the packaging is nice for the luggage tags, there's no rhyme or reason as to what they package together, making it very difficult to determine if your order was properly fulfilled.

On top of that, in order to determine if your order is complete (mine was not) one has to open every single package. Airportag has created a clever "return" policy: "All products must be returned with original packaging intact and in original condition." Because of the way Airport tag ships items it is impossible to leave the package intact. Clever game they play there. Their designs are clever... their customer service is not.

I placed an order on Dec 2. Non-personalized, to speed up the process, as this was supposed to be a gift.

Airportag claims the order was handed over to UPS on Dec 6 - but UPS took their sweet time to register it, on Dec 9. (UPS in Holland doubts the item was handed over on Dec 6 - but that's conjecture.)

UPS' track and trace of the parcel suddenly stops on Dec 10 - just a day after it registered the parcel. Since then the parcel is lost!

UPS have asked Airportag -in writing- to instruct them to find the parcel. Airportag keeps sending placating reply-emails to me, but they are not actually doing anything.

I'm at the point where December 25, I'm invoking VISA's customer protection against Airportag.

This order has been a nightmare since day one, and Airportag has been passive and ever so slightly shifty all along.
They don't acknowledge the very real problems nor act on them actively or pro-actively. Moreover, it feels like they don't really serve me, their paying customer, or my rights as a customer. Nor do they manage or heed their postal carrier.

This is a pattern you see in many reviews here on Trustpilot when Airportag orders go wrong - and they do all too often.

These are high quality, durable tee-shirts with strong, clear image application that will stand up for a long time with careful and proper care while wearing and laundering. The person who received these took them both to the airport with him on his very next flight and showed his whole crew. He called me because so many people wanted to know where I bought them so they could buy their own.

Ordered my goods on 2nd December. All pieces of my order were splitted into 3 parts (3rd part still is not ready, simple cap). All shipments are still at origin point after 3 weeks after purchasing. Tracking system doesnt tell any information about delivery time. Huge disappointment and regret. Why cant you offer higher delivery cost but with reliable worldwide know courier company?

I absolutely love Airportag, its products, and its customer service! They have amazing high quality products at amazing prices. They carry unique products that I cannot find anywhere else online! I will continue to be a repeat customer.

I have bought from Airportag on several occasions and had a great experience every single time. There was a mix up with my last order and wrong type of tote bad was sent, customer service took care of this issue promptly and courteously. Their products are well made and are holding up great. My teenage daughter put their backpack to ultimate test. Carrying all of her school and art supplies (no lockers at her school) for three years, pack always being full to the point of not being able to zip it up, quite heavy, too - and it’s still here, in good shape and being used by me after she left for college this year. I highly recommend this company.

I came across this product on social media and loved the look. I placed the order, but chose the customize option to include my name, address, etc. on the back. I think the website said to add 5 days to the order for the customization but my order arrived very fast. That said, I was quite impressed with the finish and quality of these tags. Not to mention that after using them once, my luggage was easy to spot coming down the carousel. Great looking product, great quality and great seller!
