Ordered a customised tote bag to be delivered to the Canary Islands at a cost of €6 postage. Took about 5 weeks to arrive but had no custom fees to pay as sent with Correos and I absolutely love it!! Miles better than I expected! Will be ordering again soon

If you live in Europe DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ve had the worst experience ever. I placed an order to them in early September and still no sign of them. Just STAY AWAY. The worst business I know.

I ordered a customized boarding pass mug for my sister. After submitting my order on a weekend day, I realized I’d made a mistake on the date to be displayed on the mug. I emailed customer service, hoping to catch them before it was created. I received a response almost immediately, my mistake was corrected and my sister absolutely loved the mug! Great product and awesome customer service! Will definitely purchase more items as we are both travel junkies!

Nice products and quick processing and shipping of orders. I ordered a few things for my sister as a 'travel' themed birthday gift and they are really cute and made well. She will love them!

I was so impressed with my medium size “Boarding Pass” suitcase that I ordered the matching large size and the 16x16 tote bag. The quality is great and it is sturdy, yet lightweight. It arrived in a timely manner and their customer service is second to none. I am especially appreciative of the wonderful service from Juliana!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I placed an order on August 22nd and still not have received it. Their customer service sucks, if you can even get ahold of them. Totally a scam company and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I love the frame. I have it on my wall next to my desk. I can visualize traveling again someday while sitting at my boring desk job. Like I'm working in the sky!

I purchased the Pan Am luggage tag. Pleased that I was able to personalize it. The tag is of good quality and unique. So pleased that I ordered another tag with the NATO alphabet. My only recommendation would be that they add a line to put a cell number on the tag.

Ordered a backpack from Airportag on the 25th of August. They are very prompt to charge my card the next day but that is far as it's got. E-mailed the company on the 9th of September and inquired about order. All I got was order wasn't ready and they'll look into it with their "operational department" and e-mail back. Today is the 22nd of September and no status. I wish I would have read the other reviews first and realized I'm out $65. I love to give small companies my business, but this company appears to be very poorly ran with little customer satisfaction.

I ordered the Presidential Air Force One baggage tag . The ordered process was easy & it arrived in no time at all . It looks official & the quality was amazing. Definitely will be a conversation piece when I travel . Very pleased with Airport tag , will definitely be ordering more as presents !

I bought two of the mugs with boarding passes on them, uniquely customized for two different family members to commemorate a favorite trip of theirs. They both were absolutely delighted with all of the custom information showing their names, flight numbers, gates, airport codes, etc. It was wonderful.

I ordered a band for my Apple watch. When I received it, the plastic part that slides into the watch was broken off. I contacted Airportags and sent them pictures, and asked for a RTV to send the damaged merchandise back to them for a refund. They refused to send me an RTV so it cost me 26.00 to send it back to them. I had to dispute the charge with AMEX and am still waiting to get reimbursed for the return shipping... The quality of the product online looks great, when received I saw very poor quality and workmanship. Customer service is horrible I believe her name is Bia.

I placed my order on the 9th of July. It’s now the 12th of August and my tracking has sat at being in Sydney for over 2 weeks. I have never had to wait so long for a package to get from one side of the country to the other. I received one reply to my email but I am still waiting for another after asking for a general estimation on the wait time.

Wonderful world map blanket, very confortable, light and simply soft to the touch. I enjoy it everyday.
