What a great company to business with. The products are high quality and one of a kind. My order did have two small issues but I reached out to customer service and they sorted them right out. Very impressed with the personal attention from the customer service department.

Recently I purchased an Airportag cover for my passport and also an identification tag for luggage. As a frequent traveler, I have seen a lot of travel products and find most to be unimpressive, so am rarely tempted to buy any of them. By contrast, Airportag products are cleverly designed, colorful, useful, and sturdy. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get a smile out of their travel experience.

This is such a cool and unique item. It seems very solid and durable. The printing is good quality. They had so many fun options. I am very pleased with my choice.

Very nice materials, looks and fell very sturdy it will protect my documents very well, the design is very nice just what I was looking for!

I very much like Airportag and buy lots of stuff from them. The items are of high quality, and I very much like the the aviation-oriented design. I have mainly phone cases, watchbands, luggage tags, and pouches. All four types of products are satisfying and well-built. I particularly like the "tough" line of cases with the additional rubber liner.

I bought few products like iPhone passport cover, boarding pass iwatch strap & airport-one wireless iPhone charger, it’s all so stylish ‘ I love it, more than I like it, my friends envy on my purchased items…👍👍

* HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE **

Poor quality items. Unprofessional customer service. Ordered and paid for three item and received no shipping update for two weeks. Emailed for status only to be told a "glitch" in the system didn't process my order but they DID manage to charge my CC. Printing on pouches is poor quality and blurry and rep said she checked with warehouse and they stated it met its "standards." Additionally, numerous loose strings impeding the zippers on 3 of the 4 bags and had to cut them off just to close the pouches.

Offered me a $5 gift card - no refund - and left with no choice but to use on yet another purchase; a glasses case that will not zip closed with only two glasses cases in it despite buying the second largest pouch available. No size references or images on the website to help determine which size pouch would work best.

After several back and forth emails, was able to get on a call with a rep that advised she agreed with my frustration and offered to replace all four pouches. Then she follows up two days later RESCINDING that offer and telling me I have to pay to return the items at MY cost for a refund. What a joke of a company!!

One and done customer here, buyer beware. Buy anywhere else but here.

I ordered the Pan Am tags because I used to work for this company. Allan was most helpful in suggestions and I cannot say enough good things. The items are very sturdy and will withstand baggage claim!

I love Airportag because it has great Aviation gift for a person like me I'm an Aviation geek so it has the perfect things for me I've ordered 3 things off there so far and I've loved every single thing I've gotten so far.

Never arrived... dont know which carrier you work with in Portugal but its not normal for an item to be sent back just because the person isnt home. People work! Its pretty normal for people not to be home at 10 am... usually there s a note for me to pick up the items ordered at the post or at a pick up point for the delivery company... i have made tons of orders before! First time this ever happens to me!

Ordered an AA/Fort Lauderdale towel for a friend who is pilot and a big fan of Fort Lauderdale. He was excited and loved the idea.

I ordered and paid for two PanAm carryon suitcases. One black and one blue. I didn’t receive any tracking numbers until ONE (blue) was delivered. However, only one tracking number was provided for two suitcases, that obviously could not fit in one little box. Awaiting tracking number for the black PanAm carryon and shipping info….. when will I receive the second suitcase that will complete my purchase??? And the back & forth emails are frustrating because the response takes so long. We are traveling soon and these are anniversary gifts!! I’m so frustrated 😩

Super product. Hard wearing and exactly what I ordered. Delivery good but could have been quicker (to Ireland).

Wonderful item. It really is exactly what I was looking for! Shipping and price were good too.

We ordered a t-shirt, mug, watch band and cell phone case at the beginning of December. Almost 2 1/2 months later we have received items. The watch band is cheap looking and can’t be used, as it’s missing one of the mounting attachments to attach it to my Apple Watch. The T-shirt seems to be a decent quality and hubby was pleased with it. The “jet fuel”mug is cheap looking, and at $25, I expected it to be
Made in the USA not China! The phone case that was sent was the wrong size, so who knows if we’ll see the replacement before Easter. All in all, a very disappointing experience dealing with the back and forth emails with customer service and the excuses. Won’t be buying from them again, which is unfortunate, as many airline friends will be retiring soon, it would’ve made for some fun gifts.
