Lak and Mark did a fantastic job in fitting my rangemaster. They were courteous and knowledgeable making everyone feel relaxed after what has been a stressful period. They arrived prompt and made everything a really exciting and pleasant experience. He even joked at the start saying they had a red rangemaster on the van. (I ordered black). After a bad experience with fed ex this last week I was nearly in tears thinking nothing else can go wrong!!

My experience was the staff member knew how to solve the problem without having to give a huge explanation. She issued instructions on how to solve my problem and within a short period of time the problem was resolved.

The new Aga is so much advanced over our old one. The quality is as before unbeatable with new advances in saving power thus saving money.
The removal and replacement crew were the very best for handling very heavy products and completed the exchange in two hours exactly. A very good 10/10 British company.

Despite a call to replace my simmering…
Despite a call to replace my simmering oven and roasting oven with new tunnels on a 2 year old ER7 I was left with 2 scratched tunnels only to be told they fitted perfectly correctly. £16000 pounds to. To be told that is disgusting . I await a resolve

We are sorry to hear that you felt you did not receive the appropriate response to your query, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We are currently reviewing your existing case and will contact you directly should we be able to provide any further guidance.
In the meantime, we understand that works are being carried out above your AGA. For safety reasons, we would strongly advise that no materials, including towels or coverings of any kind, are placed over the appliance, as this may create a risk of accidental operation or overheating. The AGA should also be switched off at the wall while works are ongoing.
If you do have any further concerns, we would recommend contacting your local authorised service provider, as advised in previous correspondence, so they can investigate further with an on-site assessment. Should any fault be identified, we would be grateful if you could forward the engineer’s report to us so we can review this further.

From the very first telephone…
From the very first telephone communication through to the delivery and installation, the service I received was outstanding. Lak and Mark were incredibly helpful, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and were really thorough in showing me how everything worked, making sure I felt confident using the oven. Never AGAin
They don’t move fast, don’t return calls as promised and their system prevents an email conversation with just one person, every reply goes back into the main system with the same “thanks for contacting……., we’ll reply within 24 hours” receipt mail message. It’s infuriating as it’s their product not working, 11 days now since first contact and still no resolution!!!!!!
