The Aga Experience
I cannot praise the entire AGA team highly enough. From the staff at the Oundle showroom to the teams responsible for removing our old AGA and delivering and installing the new one, the service has been absolutely superb.
Our original AGA was incredibly old and still ran on anthracite, so removing it was no small task! The removal team were absolutely brilliant. They took exceptional care, ensuring there was no spillage and that nothing in the house was damaged as they manoeuvred it out. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.
Our original delivery date was unfortunately cancelled on the morning due to staff sickness. However, within just 30 minutes, the customer services team called back to say they had arranged for another team to deliver our new AGA on the Saturday morning. Given that they don’t normally work Saturdays, I thought this was exceptional customer service and really appreciated the effort they made.
When Lak and Mich arrived, they were an absolute delight! Both were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They worked so carefully, kept everything clean and tidy, and even went out of their way to move furniture and help me put everything back afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better team.
From start to finish, every single person we dealt with went above and beyond. It’s rare to experience such consistently excellent service across every department, but AGA absolutely delivered.
A huge thank you to everyone involved, particularly Lak and Mich. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AGA. An outstanding experience all round!

Very robotic and a bit too much to the point lady answered the phone, made me feel I was inconveniencing her, I would say unless she was either having a bad day she needs a bit of training, she improved as the call went on though

Spent over £10000 on a cooker to only use the grill once and tried to access help and an engineer and no one has got back to me under warrantee as they cannot get an engineer out (in west wales!!!) because it was over one year old!
Poor service and poor help, left without a cooker with 4 children!!! Still waiting for response

My new Rayburn
Right from ordering the new Rayburn at the Cirencester shop to the delivery I have received nothing but help and support. Dates given for delivery were met and when the top plate was found to be damaged Alex was brilliant with emails, phone calls and advice. Her support has been non stop. The delivery people were kind, friendly and helpful for both the new Rayburn and top plate.

I contacted AGA living about a recipe…
I contacted AGA living about a recipe which used to be on their old website. It was a special recipe I cooked with my dad and it was very important to me that I could make it again. They responded quickly and concisely. After a little back and forth to determine exactly what I was looking for, Loren managed to secure the recipe and sent it to me in a pdf, so I have saved and printed it. I am very grateful for the efforts put in to finding it for me. What lovely service.

We are excited to receive the cooker and to be able to start using it.
Communication has been great and we had phone calls early in the day to say there might be a change in delivery times so we could plan for it. As our request, The driver called us half an hour before delivery to let us know in advance a more accurate time to expect them. The delivery team out the cooker in the room of choice with no hassle. Lak and Clive were very friendly and extremely helpful to answer any questions and were great in giving us a talk through how to use the cooker and said they were on hand if we had any further questions later down the line. All in all we are very satisfied with our experience and would go further to say that Lak and Clive went beyond any of our expectations to make sure we are happy with our experience. Please give them our thanks for their service. I'm glad to report we are Very happy customers.
