It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ordering and arranging delivery was highly efficient and transparent. When the Rangemaster Kitchener 90 arrived it met all expectations as regards utility and build quality. Finally, I can't commend highly enough Dwayne and Patrick for their super professional service and workmanship when delivering, installing and commissioning the cooker. This is a British company to be proud of.

We replaced our cream Dual fuel Classic 90 with the Sage Green Dual Fuel Classic 90 Deluxe which we love. With the extra capabilities of the large oven it makes it very adaptable. The only complaint I have is the smaller fan oven temperature gauge takes forever to register the heat. I feel this is an oversight with the new design door because the sensor does not protrude through the inner skin. I'm sure the temperature of this small oven doesn't take over 25 minutes to come up to temperature.

Rangemaster are currently unable to find a service agent to come out due to our location.....we are in central Scotland (PH6) which is frustrating as we are not exactly in a remote area.
We are prepared to pay for the visit and required parts as the cooker is out of warranty but that's not the issue. The issue is finding someone to diagnose the fault.
Premium quality appliance but sadly let down by lack of coverage for technical support in Scotland.

Order to delivery took substantially longer than we were initially advised.
Just 3 months after installation, the multifunction oven cut out half way through roasting a joint (digital clock also died).
Having reported it verbally the day after it packed up, I was advised to complete the warranty repair form. I completed that and got an acknowledgement and indication that I would be contacted 2 working days later. I followed up 10 days after initial report (having heard nothing but recognising there were 2 bank holidays in the mix) to discover they'd lost the original request and hadn't passed it to repair company.
Shortly after they refer it to the engineer, I get a call from the repair company to say they can't come for over a week because they're only in my area once a week and can't fit me in to their next visit. I'm apparently meant to survive without the oven for almost 3 weeks (all the time this is running down the warranty period without use)!
Really not good enough, and not the service I expected from what is badged as a premium product!

We bought a rangemaster professional and had some issues. I originally posted on here in frustration as I was unable to get in touch with rangemaster to sort out the problem. However they have reached out to me and the issues are in hand.

Excellent customer engagement by the customer services team once the faults were reported and hadn’t been dealt with quickly.
The issue of the annoying gas hob taking ages for the rings to stay alight with the starter mechanism clicking away was resolved with some User training by the repair engineer.
I hope others find this useful too, the gas control knobs need to be pushed in “fully” for the gas ring starting to be successful.

Purchased a Rangemaster Professional 90 cm multi fuel cooker 14 days ago. 18th March 2026. Cost £2300 plus extras £60. Delivered with damaged tall oven s/s door. Replacement doir organised sent to engineer to fit. Upon attendance found dooe supplied to also be damaged on unpacking in front of me. Appliance Care arranged another replacement door. That was delivered to the Engineer.30th March. He telephoned me to state the second eeplacement door had been packaged in pristine undamaged outer packaging.
The door inside had been supplied damaged, more so than first replacement !!!!!! Contacted by Joel of AO today 01 04 2026 April fools day who suggested it might be easier to replace the whole cooker ! What logic is that ? !! New electrical and gas connection would be required and disconnection.!!! What world do you live in ? STATE I need a PRISTINE door sent. Informed it will be sent directly to my address. Now updated by Aleysha that a new door is to be supplied on 30th April 2026 one month and a half after original receipt of cooker. Not acceptable in any shape or form !!!!! I hope Chief Executive Officer Mr John Roberts of AO reads this . Totally unacceptable resolution no customer care or service a total disgrace. RANGEMASTER AGA get a grip. No reciprocation for customer Brand Loyalty I should have used another company. The matter renains unresolved as todays businessvtoday customer first - thats laughable. 1st April 2026 and NO JOKE !

It has taken some time to sort out a replacement and I was becoming more than a little frustrated. However Tracy has been absolutely superb and has expedited delivery of my replacement tap after unpicking what had gone wrong and had caused the frustrating delay. I just had a new rangemaster fitted, whilst i havent got into real depth with the cooking yet, the two young lads Dwayne and Patrick who delivered and fitted it , in my opinion went the extra mile. Previously i only had a electric rangemaster, therefore unbeknown to me there were issues in fitting, the two lads sorted everthing out and i now have a fully functioning oven. The support and service given was second to none

After 28 years my Rangemaster 110 Gourmet delevoped a fault with the grill. Sadly I found out that all replacement parts are now obsolete so I decided to buy a new Rangemaster 110 Kitchener.
It was duly deivered and installed when it was discovered there was a fault with the lower oven ignition.
Rangemaster were informed and duly organised an engineer to attend with spare parts. Sadly this didn't fix the problem and it transpired that although extra parts were despatched to the local engineer he had gone on holiday and would be away for 10 days!!
I found this completely unacceptable and contacted Rangemaster to say I would speak to the retailer and have my money back within the 30 days as the range cooker was not fit for purpose.
I spoke to an extremely nice lady called Tracey who suggested an alternative whereby I have a replacement cooker made ready ex factory and hang on with the defective one until a swap out was arranged.
I agreed, and after 5 weeks Rangemaster accredited gas engineers arrived. Removed the defective range cooker and, installed, set up and handed over the replacement.
Needless to say everything was ok and we are very pleased with both Rangemaster after sales service, and warranty and in particular Tracey who organised it
