I like the new ui design and features…
I like the new ui design and features added, it makes the site easy to use or navigate. However, I always get screened out on most surveys I try to participate in. I'm also not impressed with the delay in starting the referal program with rewards.

Payout Issue
Dear Team,
I have already complained about the issue I am having in not being able to withdraw on this new platform. Anytime the payout option is enabled, both mobile top-up and bank transfer, it will not load any form to fill. When I clicked on any of the options, it would just load a blank page and nothing to fill. Am unable to attach for you to see the issue. Also I have about 5USD on my old account which is yet to be migrated.

Even though the payout to bank account indicator wasn't highlighted, I withdrew money only for it to say pending. I sincerely hope it won't turn to rejected like all other attempts. We'll see. Then boom! I checked and it's rejected again. Unfortunately, there is no customer support channel so I am on my own.
