Afrisight is a good platform for making small small money. However, withdrawal of funds have been the major problem here. I have been opportuned to withdraw by flutterwave after several failed attempts but it is yet to reach my account please. So how long does it take for the money reflect on my account?

I have two rewards that's still pending since December 1st,2025. They replied here that reward takes 1-4 weeks before being processed which is a lie by the way because why do I have reward that has been pending since December 1st? And I can't even request payout with my balance because the options for payout are either unavailable or not even working when it's available. I'm tired of emailing them without getting any reply. I'm just impatiently waiting to be able to cash out the little I've made on the site and delete the account for good. It has been a terrible experience with them.

After several months and emails, I’ve been able to successfully request for payout and have been credited. I’m giving 4stars because of amount of time it took for my concerns to be resolved otherwise I would have given 5star. Thank you Afrisight but there’s more room for improvement.

I requested for payout about two hours ago to my bank but it started hasn't reflected although it says approved. after it reflects I'll write another review thank you

After a long trial of a week I have gotten my payout and it was very quick very very quick I was surprised but I tried for a week with rejections so I'm glad

Before they changed websites I had pending since 2024, its been 2 years now. I reached to them they said they will check it out but nothing. Also when you take the surveys they just reset mid session and sometimes they tell you you dont qualify. How do I not qualify for a survey I was referred to??
I have lost all hope. Its useless

Still having withdrawal issues. I keep getting the "You have exceeded your maximum allowed payout of 15 USD for this ,month."error message.
Despite afrisight saying (which I find rather misleading) withdrawals are limited to 30 USD a month. I have been unable to withdraw 34 days after.
This is very frustrating and the customers service is one of the worst I have even encountered.

I strongly suggest that Afrisight should improves and expands its payment systems to make withdrawals easier and more reliable. This is important because users invest their time completing surveys, and they deserve a smooth payment process in return.

Lastly, I would recommend enhancing customer support services so that users can quickly resolve issues whenever they arise.
