So far,I really would say I have an overall good experience with afrisight. I have earned both airtime and credit alert through participating in surveys. Be that as it may, I am experiencing what I would call bad rules of afrisight, whereby, I will give my honest opinion on a survey and in subsequent surveys would be told I violated rules without stating them explicitly and restricted access to subsequent surveys. It's disheartening. I don't know if it's only me that is having this experiences currently. Please, this should be attended to.

THE NEW PAYOUT PLATFORM DOES NOT WORK!!!!I HAVE FUNDS BUT CANNOT CASH OUT SINCE ALL PAYMENT METHODS ARE UNAVAILABLE.DO NOT COMPLETE SURVEYS,YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND GET REWARDS BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY!!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL ALSO NOT RESPOND AND CLAIM THEY ARE WORKING ON IT EVERY TIME BUT NOTHING WILL BE DONE...THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS..

At first I thought withdrawal options were unavailable because maybe you were undergoing technical challenges due to migration to new and improved platform,but now it is 2 years since site update but still withdrawal options aren't available almost all the time, you mean people can spend time and data to complete surveys but they can't withdraw the rewards,why can't you fix withdrawal issue for once and for all like other survey sites, kindly respond with a solution not giving stories of we will look into it,yet you do nothing all over the same, going forward we are going to be skeptical to respond to the survey invites.

I raised a concern early this week regarding not being able to cash out. Afrisight responded saying I did not meet the minimum 4 USD. Currently I have 6.3 USD in my account, there still do not exist options for me to cash out while in Kenya, no PayPal or Mpesa. I have written to them this week to ask they process the funds manually they responded back asking the trouble in withdrawal when I told them about it, they went silent as usual. I am asking the members here, why don't we just file a joint lawsuit to this company for the rewards Issue and not addressing the members concerns. We cannot be working to fill surveys and then not have a recourse to access the funds. I have a lawyer ready to do this case probono.

Afrisight is simply the best, payment is timely, my only problem with it is that it usually takes forever for surveys to get approved.

What a frustrating platform it's been almost 9 Months now still my balance hasn't been updated I've had a balance of $6,25 they said my balance would be transferred to the new platform but it still shows $0. They don't respond to your complaints, we are robbed of what we've rightfully earned ,The Gmail account I signed up , but I've successfully updated it on your platform longtime ago the email address I use now to signed in is the updated Email address which is you guys are robbing us for incentives we rightfully earned honestly then for someone else to just pocket it as if they put the grind I in I'm disappointed with you guys it's been a year now how am I going to give you my email address coz they don't allow it here,here's my name Russel Malan,I'm South African

Such a useless site to be honest. You are sent surveys and when you complete them, they tell you you are not eligible even after taking almost thirty minutes doing. Dont fall for this scam!!!

Rewards are fast, payments have improved however it takes a lot of time for rewards approval. Payment via mobile money is instant. Kudos.

The services is much better now. I hope surveys can be broad, allowing more people partake in it. And there should be a consideration to increase the incentives for participating.

My funds have been migrated but I received 7.62 USD instead of 16 USD, and when I tap on the mobile money or bank withdrawal option the page becomes blank. I can't even withdraw it sent an email but got no reply.

Migration of rewards from the old platform to the new one. My 34USD despite emailing support every day. I am so disappointed. No help at all.

I am at tired of sending several emails concerning Rewards that are yet to be approved. It’s over 6 weeks now and nothing yet.

My rewards has been pending since Last year and it has not been attended to since then. Why do we have to post review before we get a response, it’s very bad.

Saw one of their mails in my inbox and decided to check it out.. Found out that I still had $8 in my account, withdrew it immediately and it came to my bank instantly 👏🏾

The best out there i have to say. The payout is swift.

Afrisight is something else. They make one's hard work not worth it all. I spent ALMOST AN HOUR each on 2 different surveys and I gave it my all. For a long time(more than 1 month or more), both rewards kept showing 'pending'. But today, I logged in and I saw that both were rejected.
I mean why make me waste so much time finishing a survey if 1) the reward will be delayed 2) the reward will be eventually be rejected for a reason they cannot even justify.
The best thing would be to immediately disqualify an individual in between the survey if you are not impressed with the answers you are getting cos that is what other survey app do rather than make them finish it, waste their data and time and get no reward at all. A whole hour in which I could have attended to other things with no reward is so disappointing.
Let me not even start with the issue of me logging complaints but getting not response or solution. And if eventually, there is a response, they keep making promises on checking out the problem or resolving it but nothing is ever done.

Network is still a challenge, option for other mobile numbers and other bank accounts as long as it is linked to the same person

Afrisight truly is one of the best survey platforms out there -unbiased and they actually care about their African respondents. I am truly happy with the improvements being done on the new site, and their rate per survey is actually better than most survey sites.
However, I do have one complaint. My funds on the old platform have not been transferred to the new site and nothing has been done about it, despite the many emails I sent. So Afrisight, if you are seeing this, please transfer my balance to my current account. I have exactly 15.97 USD on the old platform. My username is Emmanuella Enekhai. Thank you.

Dear Afrisight, I have written emails timelessly to them to complain about my rewards not being migrated. They hardly respond to emails and even if they did, there would be no result. It's frustrating honestly, especially how you take your time to answer every question only for it the be pending for close to a year.

Everything is fine with afrisight,but the payout methods is always showing "Temporary Unavailable". This is so very frustrating and discouraging. Adding to the fact that I was advice here to send an email.whoch I have done and it's about a month now with no response from their support team. It's just very disappointing.
