New Site - Zero Rating
The experience on the legacy site was really good. I give a zero rating to the new site. From failed withdrawals ,unfair exchange rate deductions to the usual cliche 'we will get back to you' when you write a complaint on email. Nothing seems to be working for me.

How am i supposed to withdraw when there are available vouchers options, no airtime no paypal … Its been a while and also your sight is faulty ever since you renewed it. Requesting payout to a bank account is instant! esp. a USD Dollar account. I love this integrated platform, however more payout options should be available especially PayPal.

Thank you because this time you addressed the issue of payment and mobile top-up is working and other methods are open.
