We just returned from umrah and I have to say that the service we received from Zia was 5☆, straight off the bat ,Zia helped put a package together that suited our 16 people group.
The flights, hotels, visa's all made easy by Zia, he advised us every step of the way, taking care of our every need,
We had children and elderly in our group and Zia made the whole process stress free.
Checking up on us whislt we were in Saudi, reassured us all the way.
I would definitely recommend Hajj&umrah experts and the agent Zia was a God send.
I'd like to thank Zia for being so professional and for helping facilitate an Umrah that we will always cherish.
May Allah swt reward him for all his efforts and accept our umrah ameen.
Zia deserves a promotion.

First time doing Umrah and Zia made sure that everything from flights, transfers and tours were sorted. He made sure that our large group didn't have to ever worry about anything. He was attentive and insured that we also had any out of hours numbers for any problems. Alhamdulilah a very reliable and professional company. Thank you for making our journey easy and stressless.

Our agent Zia Mustufa Mughal made our Umrah journey so much easier than what it could have been. We had a big group and he facilitated everything for us.. the flights, accommodation, visas.. everything. Alhumdulillah, because of his help.. we were able to just focus on our umrah and didn't need to worry about anything else.

This is an amazing company! I’ve completed my umrah pilgrimage 4 times with this agency and am planning on many more. Their communication and organisation is top tier - always making sure to prioritise the clients needs and wants. My agent, Zia Mustafa Mughal, was absolutely excellent and such a pleasure to work with! His recommendations were always fantastic, and he was so accommodating to my schedule. This company is great for affordable deals and opportunities, and excels in all fields.

The most recent trip I went on to Makkah, Zia personally arranged a beautiful 5 star hotel for me, at a fantastic price. He was always able to search the best deals for me for all my previous trips, and always made sure to keep me informed on updates and developments. I appreciate his service so much and am so excited to continue my communication with him about future plans.

I 100% recommend this agency to anyone who asks!!

The whole operation from choosing the best hotels to sorting out visas at a very accommodating price was fantastic. Areeba had sorted out the perfect umrah package and relieved me of the hesitancies I first had about going through an agent- best decision ever! I’d definitely recommend going through her and the company overall as they are professionals and reply to any problems very quickly both in uk and when in Saudi. Cannot fault on anything and can’t thank them enough for a great experience.

Faizan helped me book my Umrah for 10 people with Aerolinks Travel Limited. Faizan was always polite and went above and beyond what I expected, he kept me informed at every stage, he tailored our umrah package to exactly how I wanted it and nothing was too much trouble for him. Faizan guided me through all the process. I would highly recommend Faizan to tailor make your Umrah package for an amazing experience. The Visas, flights, transport, umrah guide, ziyarahs and 5*hotels close to Harams were all booked at a very competitive price compared to other companies I had spoken to. We had some people who were older and with disabilities and Faizan made sure that all facilities for their convenience and needs were met. Jazakh Allah Faizan for making this a truly memorable experience for us all.

Highly recommend you use this company with great customer service thanks to Areeba!

He cummunicated well and changed the hotels as per the request and couple of things as well. I would definately recommend anyone to book Umrah Packages through Aerolinks.

I used this company for Umrah last year and have some conversation for Umrah this year. My advisor was Br Arham he is a very friendly, helpful and experienced person. Definitely recommend this company for any travel related matters.

Used umrah service in november. Paid for my own room despite clearing all the package charges before my flight.

Still waiting for my refund after 8 months.

It has to be the slowest processing ever.
