Hajj And Umrah Experts Anmeldelser

I had a mixed experience with this company, a little positive but mostly negative. They are good at the sales patter and promised to provide a perfect package. As I had been communicating with Areeba for a while in terms of different packages and dates, I decided to use her services.  She explained that she had many years experience and can deliver a good package. After making the booking I was asked to transfer an amount for a deposit which I did by bank transfer.I then wanted to pay by credit card in order to minimise my risk should anything go wrong. She said I have make an additional 2.5% payment if I wanted to pay by card. I informed her that it was illegal to charge more for using a credit card. She then said I could pay for the air tickets by credit card but had to do a bank transfer for the rest of the payment. Then they took my card details including my 3 digit pin and unknown to me they then put my details in the skyscanner website to purchase the tickets. The payment got rejected because they used a merchant in Pakistan. I then contacted my credit card company and asked them to make the payment as it is genuine. The agent then tried again and this time used a different merchant and it was rejected again on suspicion of being a scam. The agent kept blaming me but when I contacted the credit card company they said they have used 3 different merchants based in Pakistan and the amount varied by a few pounds as well and the email that they used was not mine. The agent had used her own email so that the tickets would go to her without me realising what they had done.
It took a lot of my time to get this payment sorted.  Out of the blue  I got a call from Skyscanner who called me about the booking a flight and I told them I did not book the flights but the agents did it. He said that the agents should not be using this site as they had a separate site for them. Not sure why they did this but I think it is very unprofessional.
We had also booked for pick up at the airport and for ziyarat at both Makkah and Madina. After landing at Jeddah Airport there was no sign of the driver. I sent him messages and got no response. After waiting about half and hour I contacted the transport manager and he then must have called the driver. The driver them messaged to say he will be there in 5 minutes but we were still waiting for another 20 before he turned up. The positive thing was that Areeba kept messaging to ask if everything was ok and we would respond depending on what was happening. The hotel is one we had selected as had stayed there before and were very pleased with it. After our stay in Makkah we then travelled by road to Madina. Our hotel, Millenium Taiba was very close to gate 310. The hotel was good but the breakfast was nowhere near as good as the hotel in Makkah.
After a day in Madina, my wife became unwell and we decided to go to the local clinic, when we arrived they asked to see my wife's visa. He looked at it and said that we could not get treatment as our visa was a tourist visa and not an Umrah Visa.
I then contacted Areeba and complained and instead of accepting responsibility she blamed me. I explained to her that as we were booking for Umrah, the expectation is that the visa would be for Umrah as well.
After this she did not communicate with us. Then we on our last day we realised that we had been booked for bed and breakfast, but we could not have either as we had to leave  at 11pm for Jeddah. I relied on the agent to provide a good service as she claimed to have many years experience. So not only did I pay for bed and breakfast that I did not need to, but also had to travel for 5 hours by road to Jeddah airport when I could have saved that time and travelled from Madina. Overall not a good experience with this company and would urge anyone booking with this company to check the details with before making any payments as what they say and what they do is totally differnt.

Alhumdulillah I've always had a great experience with this company, I have used their service 4 times now, and all my bookings have been a last minute booking and they still managed to cater a package for me - right from my first ever umrah to the most recent one I have never experienced any issues with them in terms of communication or booking, the one time I had a slight issue with my hotel in Madina on my first Umrah in 2023, I was able to reach out to them and they straight away had my booking sorted (it was just a minor confirmation code issue at the time) - I would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you're someone who is looking to have a hassle free booking - they do it all from flight, visa to transfers from airport to hotel and back - they also do transfers from Makkah to Madina too so you know you're going to have a seemless experience.I couldn't recommend them. enough and there is a reason I still use them now in 2026 and in'sha'allah I will be using them in future for more bookings.

Excellent service from start to finish. Even when we had issues during the trip with the airlines, Asim went above and beyond to ensure we could enjoy time in Makah and Medinah stress free.

I have already recommended Asim, and will continue to do so, to family and friends.

Asalamualaikum

Excellent service, friendly staff

I had a very disappointing experience with Hajj And Umrah Experts and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I initially received a quote from Hajj And Umrah Experts and decided to proceed with them. I was informed that I needed to pay a £500 deposit to secure the flights, which I promptly transferred.

Shortly afterwards, I received an offer from another agency, Cheap Umrah Deals, for what appeared to be exactly the same package at a significantly lower price. When they asked me to transfer a deposit, I noticed that the payment was to be made to the same bank account that Hajj And Umrah Experts had provided. This led me to discover that both agencies operate under Aerolinks Travel Limited.

I was concerned that what appeared to be the same package was being offered by the same company at substantially different prices. As a result, I decided not to continue with the booking and requested a refund of my deposit.

At that point, I was informed that the deposit was non-refundable. However, this was never mentioned before I made the payment. After I transferred the deposit, I was emailed an invoice which stated that the deposit was non-refundable, but I never signed or accepted this invoice. In other words, the non-refundable condition was only communicated after the payment had already been made.

Furthermore, I never received any flight booking confirmation or evidence that flights had actually been secured on my behalf.

As a result, I lost £500 despite receiving no booking confirmation and no prior notification that the deposit would be non-refundable. I feel that the terms and conditions should have been made clear before any payment was requested. Overall, this experience left me feeling misled and extremely dissatisfied with the company’s transparency and customer service.

I got quote from this company for the planned Umrah visit for the next year. During the quote comparison with other agencies, an agent requested me £500 to secure flights. At no point was I issued terms and conditions, nor was I informed that this deposit was non-refundable. When I realised that the same package was offered for about £2k cheaper from a different company (cheap umrah deals), I requested them to refund my money back as I found the same package on significantly lower price than theirs. Then they sent an invoice which includes the terms and conditions stating that the deposit is non-refundable. I was not told that before the invoice was sent. This is not an honest business. I do not recommend them.

Booked my flight with ahtisham for umrah and the process was straightforward and flawless. Was checked upon whilst there and upon arrival back. Great customer service and highly recommended.

It was our first time ,Ahtisham khan was very helpful. Very quick and simple umrah visa processing. Clearly defined document checklist and guidelines to follow. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Salaam. We used this company through recommendation and dealt with brother Bajwa. He was patient and calm as this my 1st time trying book an umrah trip and wanted to make sure it went all smoothly for my young family and elderly parents. Alhamdulillah it did.......just the distant for Makkah hotel i did want it closer as it wasnt as close as stated, so the raring should be 4.5stars.
However, thank you, brother, as you had to keep on confirming over and over again to me for assurance that its all done. I would recommend him and this company to others for sure. Good communication

Excellent journey. I definitely recommend to everyone. Very helpful, polite and very patient advisors mashallah

Great customer service, fast responses, great clarity throughout the entire process

I enquired at a very short notice and got a reply very quickly.
Eman handled my booking from the start to the end and she was very patient, polite and hardworking.
The journey was excellent and everything was as described ( the transport, the hotel, the tour).
Alhamdullah it was a blessed life changing journey.
