I purchased my Ado 20 Pro after a lot of research, this bike was the perfect fit for what I wanted, lightweight and folding.
It arrived within 9 days of ordering. I wanted a bike I could carry up stairs without help and I can lift this one easily. It's a nice smooth bike to ride and so quiet, no noise from the motor at all. I've only been riding it for a few days but I am already impressed with it.

Broken bike for nearly 2 months — still waiting for a solution
For nearly two months, we have been stuck with a bicycle that no longer works, even though it is barely a year old. We were told that several replacement parts would be sent, yet after sixteen emails, nothing has arrived.
Instead of resolving the issue, we are being offered a backpack as compensation — as if that somehow solves the fact that our e-bike cannot be used. The situation is becoming quite absurd.
What we want is simple: the parts that were promised so the e-bike can be used again. Please send the required parts from your factory in Germany today (not from China, as that route appears to lead nowhere).

In the meantime, I have been on hold on the phone for over an hour without anyone answering at customer support. There has also been no response via Facebook chat or WhatsApp.
We expect a concrete solution to be offered today. Our patience has run out.

We also sincerely apologize for the slow customer service response you experienced—it fell far short of your expected service standards. We will escalate your issue to our senior management team, who will personally oversee the resolution and contact you directly to confirm shipping details.
The previously offered backpack as compensation was inappropriate, and we immediately withdraw that offer. Our sole objective now is to resolve your bicycle issue as quickly as possible.

Ich kann absolut nichts Negatives berichten.
Den Kundenservice habe ich bereits mehrmals in Anspruch genommen, und bei jedem Anliegen wurde mir schnell und kompetent geholfen. Meine Probleme wurden immer zuverlässig gelöst. Ich kann nur positives berichten und bitte macht weiter so.

Je suis satisfait de mon vélo électrique ADO Air 30 Pro !
Le design est élégant, la qualité de fabrication est excellente et le vélo est robuste sans être trop lourd.
Le confort de conduite est top, la selle et la suspension absorbent bien les irrégularités de la route. J’apprécie aussi l’écran bien lisible et les différents modes d’assistance faciles à changer en cours de route.
En résumé, c’est un vélo électrique agréable à utiliser. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui cherchent un e-bike performant pour la ville ou les balades.

The Air 20 Pro is a reliable bike
The Air 20 Pro is pretty good for the city. Very good value for the money. I used the bike for nearly 2 years, and have made 4000km on it.
Also unlike many other brand, ADO support team is outstanding. Very reactive and willing to help in case of issue (very few issues).

Arnaque à la promotion
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi les services qui contrôlent les sites laissent faire cela.
4 jours avant la Saint valentin le vélo Ado 20S vaut 1199 €. Vous recevez un message qui mentionne une augmentation de 100 € soit 1299 € et le lendemain une promotion spéciale saint valentin à 1199 €. Voilà comment faire une promotion déguisée qui n'est en rien une promotion. Une honte de laisser agir de la sorte et de tromper le consommateur en faisant croire à une promotion. Je devais acheter deux vélos et j'ai annulé mon achat avec cette société qui n'est pas honnête.

ADO Air 20 Ultra
I am very satisfied with the ADO Air 20 Ultra overall. First of all, I would like to highly praise the customer support. Their response speed, communication, and willingness to help were excellent. They answered my questions quickly, clearly, and handled any inconsistencies or requests professionally and fairly. From a customer service perspective, this was a very positive experience.
As for the bike itself, it feels powerful, solid, and well built. The motor performance is great, the bike rides smoothly, and everything works as it should. You can really feel the quality of the materials and the overall construction. It gives a strong and reliable impression, and riding it is genuinely enjoyable.
That said, there are a few minor points worth mentioning. Personally, I miss the turn signals, which are mentioned on the product page but are not present on my bike. This was a bit disappointing and confusing, even though it does not affect the core riding experience.
The mobile app was also a bit uncooperative at the beginning, but after the initial setup, everything started working properly. Now the app runs smoothly and offers a lot of useful settings and detailed information about the bike, which I really appreciate.
Overall, I am very happy with the ADO Air 20 Ultra. Despite a few small issues, it is a strong, high-quality e-bike, backed by excellent customer support, which makes a big difference. I can definitely recommend it.
