I bought ado air 30 pro
I bought an ebike in February with them. At the first look, the ebike was amazing BUT i run into trouble for about one month, having to contact customer service a lot of times. "Corolla", the customer services in charge, contacted me and we solved the situation since. It was mainly technical difficulties. The ebike deserves 5 stars in general and this is why i do not want to penalize them. The ebike is giving an amazing range, the ebike works beautifully and if you are a professional on the bikes and want the best, this bike deserves a real look at and compliment!!

Fiets werd geleverd maar onderdelen niet
Ik heb een fiets besteld en keurig op tijd ontvangen maar de exclusieve offer die daarbij hoort bij aanschaf nog niet ontvangen. 2 keer de klantenservice een email gestuurd maar sinds 2 weken nog geen antwoord gekregen.
Ik vind het slechte service ooit die ik gezien heb . Normale bedrijf beantwoord binnen 1 of hoogstens 2 dagen maat ado ebike negeren het heel normaal

All I did was replace the rear disc rotor and now the bike is not working with err 21 showing. After 1 year, absolute rubbish.

MAJ du 08.05 : suite à la publication de mon avis ici, j’ai enfin eu un retour du service client pour me dire qu’il s’agissait d’un bug informatique et que les 2 cadeaux allaient être joints manuellement à ma commande. Je remonte donc ma note de 1 à 3 étoiles en attendant de recevoir mon colis et d’en vérifier le contenu…
06.05 : vélo en précommande avec 2 "free gifts" promis (un sac de transport et un antivol) qui perdent leur gratuité au moment du renseignement du code du voucher "Early Bird" dans le panier… problème signalé avec aucune réponse du service client depuis 2 jours : ça sent l’arnaque commerciale…

Vorig jaar heb ik een fiets gekocht, alles verliep naar wens, snelle levering. Na een maand gaf de fiets een error, na contact met de klantenservice die binnen 4 uur reageerde kreeg ik gelijk een nieuwe accu en binnen 3 dagen reed ik weer vrolijk rond. Goede service en sindsdien geen enkel probleem meer, 5000+ km gereden.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS — Paid £1,699 for a bike that was never going to arrive, then had to chase for a refund
I ordered the ADO Air 20 Ultra in Grey on 20 April 2026. My order number was ADO-UK3379.
After 48 hours, I had received no courier update or clear dispatch information, which felt concerning after paying £1,699. I emailed ADO to ask what was happening and was then told:
“We sincerely apologize for the stock issue: the grey Ultra model is currently out of stock in our UK warehouse, as our shipping container is under customs inspection, which has caused insufficient stock supply. We also note that you do not want to change to the blue colour version.”
So ADO took full payment for a bike that was not actually in stock in the UK, and I only found this out because I chased them. I was not proactively informed after ordering that the grey model was unavailable for UK dispatch and would not be available until mid-May.
What makes this worse is that ADO told me they would update the website immediately to make the stock issue clear, but the grey Air 20 Ultra still appears available to purchase. There is now a small note saying grey units are expected to ship in May, but customers can still pay the full £1,799 upfront. In my opinion, this should be clearly marked as a pre-order or back-order at the point of purchase, not presented like a normally available product.
This has been a very poor experience. If a product is not in UK stock and cannot be dispatched promptly, that should be made obvious before payment is taken. I would strongly recommend choosing a more established UK bike retailer instead.
I had to be onto them to ensure I will get refunded and make sure my request went through to their finance department. To be fair they refunded me the next week.
DO NOT BUY from this useless company and go elsewhere.

I originally bought an A20+ which unfortunately had some technical issues, and the support team kept sending replacement parts to help fix it.
After about a year, I was still not satisfied, so I contacted their support again. They handled it very professionally and agreed to replace my bike with a brand new, upgraded model (Air 20S).
I really appreciate their customer-oriented approach and support. Highly recommended.

After nearly a year of owning the ADO Air 20 Ultra (and previously the Air 20 Pro), I wanted to share a concise, honest review—especially from the perspective of someone aged 61 living with a history of bowel cancer and early-onset Parkinson’s, where stability, comfort, and reliability really matter.
Why I chose ADO
I was looking for a lightweight, foldable e-bike to support regular exercise—something easy to lift, store, and ride safely. After extensive research, ADO stood out for its design, belt drive system, and smooth pedal assist.
Build & Practicality
Both bikes arrived well-packaged and mostly assembled. The folding mechanism is simple, sturdy, and ideal for transport (car, bus, or storage at home). The belt drive is a big plus—quiet, clean, and low maintenance.
Ride & Comfort
The ride quality is excellent. The torque sensor provides smooth, predictable assistance—no sudden surges—which is especially important with Parkinson’s.
The front suspension absorbs bumps well, improving control and comfort.
The automatic gears (Pro & Ultra) make hill climbing much easier.

I have purchased the ADO AIR One Ultra…
I have purchased the ADO AIR One Ultra in color grey. I need one to bring my child to school or to do some errands. I have chosen this cargo bike because of the belt drive. Most of the bike with belt drive are much more expensive especially for cargo bike. Today it is the second time I picked up my child. She loves sitting on the bike. Riding on bumpy road is also perfect. I only need to figure what kind of child seat is suitable for this bike and if it possible to attach a peddle for her feet. Overall the bike is perfect, amazing quality. Easy to install. Only downside is there is not GPS tracker inside.

I purchased two Ado Air 20 Ultra during the Black Friday Sale, They arrived promptly (I was kept up to date with all shipment details), very well boxed and required little effort to put on the handlebars, saddle and peddles. All instruction's and tools came with the bike and easy to follow. Unfortunately, the great British winter weather meant I didn't get a chance to give them a good test until recently. They were bought primarily for us to take on our caravan travels. I can get both the bikes in the boot of the car to travel. we have used these on a few occasions now and we are very pleased with the purchase. the bikes are very well made, look great, and when you ride them fill you with confidence, you don't know that you're riding a small wheeled bike. the hydraulic disk brakes have no problem in stopping you and the 3 speed automatic gears are a joy to use. Battery life seems to be as advertised, only had to use sport mode once, which was to get up a hill out of my village, which I managed to do without getting out of the saddle, something I can't do on my road bike!! I pontificated for couple of years over various folding ebikes but very pleased I chose the ADO

Ik heb mijn fiets 1,5 jaar geleden gekocht via Decathlon NL. Maar voor service moet je daar niet zijn, dus inmiddels al meerdere keren contact gehad met klantenservice van Adoebike, iedere keer waren zij ontzettend behulpzaam en hebben zij mijn vragen kunnen beantwoorden. Ook een paar keer onderdelen onder garantie ontvangen, alles vlot en vriendelijk. Datum ervaring was mijn laatste van meerdere contactervaringen👍

Gute Qualität und erstklassiger Kundenservice
Wir haben zwei ADO E-Falträder „Air 20 Ultra” erworben. Für längere Touren haben wir Sattel, Sattelfederung, Lenker, Griffe, Reifen und Felgenbänder optimiert. Probleme gab es mit den Rücklichtern, die unschlau vor dem Gepäckträger im Aufprallbereich montiert waren. Bei einem Rad war es bereits im Karton beim Transport abgebrochen. Wir haben sie bei beiden Rädern geschützt selbst unter dem Gepäckträger versetzt. Bei einem Rad drehte der Antrieb nicht frei, da die Senkungen für die drei Senkkopfschrauben an den Riemenscheiben fehlten. Dieses Problem haben wir ebenfalls selbst an beiden Rädern behoben. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass ADO gute Räder liefert, die Konstruktion und Qualitätsüberwachung jedoch noch optimiert werden sollten. Hallo, wir haben das ADO Air One Ultra Cargo E-Bike Electric Bike für meine 83-jährige Schwiegermutter online recherchiert, Fragen an das Team gestellt, bestellt und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Service, der schnellen Lieferung und der Montage. Durch den Riemenantrieb und die Automatik 3-Gang Schaltung lässt es sich nicht nur besser fahren sondern es gibt auch wesentlich weniger Aufwand für Pflege und Support.
Alles in allem ein gelungenes Produkt!
