Got a simple quote for van insurance…
Got a simple quote for van insurance from a comparison site. Accepted the quote and paid the initial payment and happy with the rest of the montly insurance payments. Next thing I know I have a finance company hard searching my credit report adding a finance agreement because they are the finance for my van insurance! FINANCE FOR INSURANCE! WTF!? Avoid this scam company at all costs

When a customer chooses to pay for their policy monthly, we arrange a credit agreement. We inform our customers prior to purchasing their policy that the credit provider will conduct a credit search.

poor provider trying to catch you out
requested documents which I sent in 2 goes, claim they only received the first and the following ones were too late (they weren't) so they cancelled the policy and pocketted £150 for the privillage. there's a reason they're cheper then the alternatives.

Excellent customer service and good price
The lady who i spoke with (think her name was Helen) was fantastic. She explained everything carefully to my daughter and put her at ease.
We also had a laugh while waiting for her computer, which was on a go show.

I was attended to by a lady called Mia
I was attended to by a lady called Mia, have to say, she really outdid herself, she put me on hold quite a number of times which I was worried about with the phone abruptly getting cut off due to bad service or something. But she always came back and in the end sorted out every single query I came with.
