Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I accidentally entered the wrong email address during checkout and contacted support immediately. More than 48 hours have passed, and I still haven’t received any response.
I paid for the plugin but have not received access or any assistance. This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable for a paid product. I hope the company will finally respond and resolve this issue.

Mirna truly went above and beyond to help me!
Mirna went above and beyond to help me. I'm trying to do some high-level, unsupported cache building and she not only pointed me to the development docs that I need to figure it out, she clearly personally reached out to the dev team go get the right information for me. Even just by copying and pasting the contents of her email reply into ChatGPT, I was able to build the function that I wanted... and now I'm preloading private user cache pages, based on their activity on the site. In other words, I an pre-load pages for logged in users, and give them the 'appearance' of instantaneous page loading, no matter where they are. Truly awesome.
