He even went above and beyond my issue, opened me a new ticket for improvements. My busy very customised is now at 92% on GTMetrix and passes all the Google tests. From 38% and failed in big red writing. Certainly will never use another caching plugin. Well done.

Joseph is a HERO from 1 star to 4 stars
⭐ UPDATED FROM 1 STAR TO 4 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐
My original 1 star review below was real. The dashboard showed License Unavailable even though my license is valid until October 2026. Their own function rocket_valid_key returned true confirming my license works, but the dashboard was broken. Their API returned a 404 error. Initial support was rude and ran me in circles. I wasted time and money on a developer. Nothing fixed it.
HOWEVER then JOSEPH from the Rocket Team stepped in and presented "5 STAR service"
He worked diligently after hours through the Easter weekend and finally solved the issue. It took time to figure out but his excellent communication understanding and wonderful service turned my experience 180 degrees. Turning an angry customer into a happy customer is not easy but he did it.
Because of Joseph I am now a forever customer and will recommend WP Rocket to others thanks to Joseph ONLY.
Why 4 stars instead of 5? The initial support team needs serious training. They should take customer issues seriously from the start with no attitude and they should be fast to escalate issues to the higher level of supervision. If Joseph had handled it first this would have been solved immediately with no headache.
Corporate please train your staff to be like Joseph. He deserves huge praise. Joseph please know that you are my HERO and you deserve a 5 star review, but the overall company brings the rating down to 4.

Do not buy!!!!!!!!!!WP Rocket dashboard shows "License Unavailable" even though my license is valid until October 2026. Their own function rocket_valid_key returns true confirming my license works, but the dashboard is broken.

The plugin does not work fully. No Remove Unused CSS, no async CSS, no updates.
WP Rocket has gone downhill. Do not buy.

Changing the license without properly transferring the URL from the previous license
The help I received from WP-Rocket support in resolving my issue was fantastic. By following a list of necessary steps provided in an email from support, I was able to easily resolve my issue with the correct installation and update using a new WP-Rocket license to replace a previous one.
