Wanted to leave Marc, one of the guys there at WP Rocket a testimonial. So I was on the fence about upgrading to WP Rocket because it's a monthly subscription & the high cost of it, but finally I decided it would be worth it. I UNINTENTIONALLY also signed up for Rocket Care which has a pretty healthy cost to it as well & tried to reverse the charges on my CC. Realizing though that I was probably over my head in dealing with the technical issues my website was having I just decided to let WP Rocket do their thing. This was in Nov of 2025 that I did this.
Marc from WP Rocket reached out to me and started working on the issues that were definitely above my pay grade. He really took the time to work on things & I thought we were done, but my website still had some unresolved issues that I thought were fixed but need more attention. I reached out again in mid January to Marc & granting him access to my host server he got right to work.
At hte time of this review things have not been 100% fixed, but because of his good communication I am anticipating it to be done in the coming days.
Wanted to write this review because I appreciate their follow through it making sure it gets done right.

I can’t say enough good things about the support I received from Romain at WP Rocket.

I managed to mess up my settings and completely broke my site. I was stressed and worried I had made a huge mistake. Romain guided me through the fix step by step, even giving me the confidence when I doubted myself.

He stayed in touch with me through the entire process and he did some work on the back end to clean things up properly.

By the end, WP Rocket was fully functioning again, and honestly, my site is running better than it was before I broke it. The support was patient, thorough, and genuinely helpful.

I've been a customer since 2018. It gets me when these companies get successful, they forget how they got there in the first place. which are customers like me who have committed for 5 years or so. When you change the price and plan, it can be a very touchy subject for customers like me, especially when you mess with the pocketbook. At the time, I looked at the price and value, and the price you have now seems to be under value than my old plan, Infinite. Which were the same price, but no longer Infinite, you took away the peace of mind with a cap. With that said, I will not renew either. Wishing you guys the best of luck. It's not about the price, it's the principle.

After being a customer since 2018 I found out that due to a portal or payment glitch, duplicate payments were taken. I was paying twice from 2021 to 2025. When I raised the issue they refused a full refund due to their limited refund policy. Only refunding the latest payment. Takeaway: The plugin works but for a professional software company to have such flawed portal/payment system casts doubt over their general competence and trustworthiness.

Were using the plugin for a multisite and walked into a very specific issue. Asked for support and the developers dived into it and helped us a lot.

The entire process was flawless -- from ordering the yearly subscription, to ordering, installing and implementing the Rocketcare. Just perfect!

I had an inconsistent caching and performance issue on a WooCommerce site with limited server-side cron capabilities. The WP Rocket support team provided a clear and practical explanation of the root cause and guided me toward a proper solution using an external cron job.

Thanks to their recommendations, we set up an external cron to handle cache preloading more reliably, adjusted the cache lifespan appropriately, and were able to stabilize performance without unnecessary complexity.

What I especially appreciated was the clarity of the explanations and the fact that the advice was tailored to our actual hosting constraints, not just generic instructions.

On my website (hi-design.pl), whose performance I SUCCESSFULLY optimize using the WP Rocket plugin, I installed a custom cursor code. The cursor works perfectly from the admin level, but as it turned out, in tests in incognito mode, it operated with a significant delay (about 4 seconds). This was unacceptable, so I tried disabling my script in the WP Rocket settings. Despite several attempts, I couldn't solve the problem, so I contacted WP Rocket support for help. The WP Rocket Team didn't ignore the situation. On the contrary, they demonstrated extraordinary commitment and resolved the issue within fifteen minutes (thank you, Shelley, thank you so much, Joseph – great job!).
