The support was comprehensive in helping resolve an issue that was actually to do with my host. Suzan explained various issues; answered all of my questions; provided reassurance; was tenacious in resolving the issue, and; was patient, given my limited technical knowledge. I learned quite a lot and, crucially, the WP Rocket plugin had the impact I hoped it would.

WP Rocket est clairement l’un des meilleurs plugins de performance que j’ai utilisés sur WordPress. L’installation est très simple et la plupart des optimisations sont activées automatiquement sans configuration compliquée.
Après l’avoir installé sur mon site, j’ai constaté une amélioration nette du temps de chargement et des scores sur Google PageSpeed. Le cache, la minification des fichiers et l’optimisation du chargement des images fonctionnent très bien.
Le plugin est également très stable et compatible avec la majorité des thèmes et extensions WordPress. Pour quelqu’un qui veut améliorer rapidement les performances de son site sans passer des heures dans les réglages techniques, c’est une solution vraiment efficace.

UPDATE: It's been a week...and my site is still broken
UPDATE: It's been a week of this nonsense and it's still not fixed.
When I left this review, I thought the issue was resolved. It was not.
I am now on email 28 with their support team.
Twenty-eight.
The Deputy Support Manager, Alfonso, is personally involved at this point, which tells you everything about how far this has escalated. He made additional fixes. He declared it resolved. It is not resolved.
Desktop: no WooPay button. Two browsers. Two different products. Incognito mode on both. Documented with screenshots sent directly to their team.
Mobile: working. Sometimes. Depending on what day it is apparently.
A plugin I paid $59 for to make my site faster has now consumed an entire week of my life, generated 28 support emails, involved two support agents and a Deputy Support Manager, and my checkout is still behaving differently depending on what device you use.
Before this plugin touched my site, every button showed up everywhere, every time, without exception.
I stand by every word of my original review and I'm adding this: if you run WooCommerce and you sell digital products, walk away. Run. The speed gains are real. The support when something breaks is a full-time job you did not sign up for.

First, we truly understand how frustrating and stressful this experience has been for you, especially on a live store.
Your case was escalated internally and reviewed by multiple engineers, including Tier 2, and the Deputy Support Manager, so we could be as confident as possible based on testing. This wasn’t treated as a routine ticket.
As part of that investigation, WP Rocket was fully deactivated to isolate variables. The WooPay button behavior on desktop remained the same with WP Rocket disabled, which suggests the issue is occurring independently of WP Rocket.
Our support scope is to identify and resolve issues caused by WP Rocket, and based on the testing performed, we haven’t found evidence that WP Rocket is causing WooPay to disappear on desktop.
That said, we’re still in touch in the support thread to help you troubleshoot safely and move forward with the next best steps.
