Very safe yet fast board. Smooth ride and goes far.

Many folks recommended wowgo for a first board and I have to agree now that I've had mine for a few months. Great build quality, easy to ride and delivery was transparent with updates.

I’ve had to talk to customer service A fair amount of time is not due to any mail function of the product but me not knowing much about forwards as this was my first outing and they were always very informative and help solve the problem as quick as possible

I bought a second hand wowgo x3. I instantly was hooked. But then i ate it and fell board went into street and ran over.this has been my only issue with product and service. My problem was the availability for the board. I could not get it in the United States. I was so upset.when the board finally became available I purchased board with expedited shipping. Board is solid. I now ride my son and I to school and home every day on my wowgo x3. He is 8. He is little on smaller side but even with us both on board. I feel confident in the ability and safety of the board. Still has great acceleration and the breaks is top notch

I've been using wowgo 2s max for around 9 months now and it awesome. There hasn't been any problems at all and customer service is great because they reply to me 5 minute after I message them. I used the board every day as a transportation and I'm glad that I bought this 2s max.

Wowgo Customer service has been great. I have the AT2 and one of my motors started failing and wowgo sent me a new one. After that the braking system was starting to mess up they sent me a new esc. Thanks to wowgo I can continue to ride. I really love my at2

The board (wowgo 3) works great! Good quality. The support team is ok, but it takes some time to get answer to all your questions since they sometimes just answer some of them. Would recomend wowgo tho

The board was shipped fast.And ordering it was very simple.

Your board is easy to use. Just be mindful about the controller, when you start turning it and you found the best pace it changes the next time you stop and turn it again the same where you stop turning it. Like it’s not slower than usual. Overall “Voltage my board” has been very good to me. Thanks for making it beginner friendly with cool black color which I love and looks durable.

My board just fried . I highly recommend not buying them and spare a Little bit more for a high quality one . My board wasn't even charging . luckily I was awake when my board burned down and survived with minor house burning and injury. Also customer support don't give a dam attitude when emailing them and giving a discount for a new board LOL . Also don't believe in the fake 5 starts reviews on their site . I put 1 star in their product review but it didn't show up . So obviously they are hiding all the rating below 4 stars . Just a heads up for anyone who is thinking about buying wowgo

The support team is excellent. They respond extremely fast and help with replacements and/or problems promptly.

This package is better than I could have imagined! The board is fast and stable and the battery lasts long. They give you all the tools you need to work on it, which is super helpful. Also. The staff is responsive and communicates well. I highly recommend this!

It is really sad because WoWGo boards used to be one of my favorites. Unfortunately they now have sent me a faulty board. I have spent three month over email trying to get my board working, they refuse to listen when I tell them the issues. They will not replace my board, have me running an insane amount of at home tests only to send me a new battery (and hey guess what it wasnt the battery that caused it, its faulty wiring that cannot be replaced by me) and instead of replacing my board they are now telling me to go over the SAME tests I have already done including the battery tests on a battery they just sent me.
Their customer service representative Ron went a week and a half at one time before he responded to me after being very rude. And I could only assume he finally responded to me after I sent another customer message through the website.
As much as I love WoWgo boards themselves. I cannot condone this type of treatment to one of their customers. I will happily be recommending friends and others to use another website or place to buy their skateboards because WoWgo just does not care about customer support or helping fix a broken board.

We bought a Wowgo skateboard AT-2 in November 2021, it has been a lot of fun. However, in June the right back wheel stopped spinning synchronised with the left.
We were bummed, but contacted support from Wowgo. We had fantastic, timely and professional support, after receiving new spare parts the board is running flawlessly again.

I have had my board for about 6 months now and I am very happy with the board. I appreciate the customer service that WowGo has provided me. Ron from WowGo has helped me on multiple occasions. The first was when my battery stopped working. Because there was water damage detected on my battery, it was not covered by warranty, but at least I was able to buy another one and it was shipped promptly.
On a second occasion, my deck started to crack a bit. WowGo customer service was nice enough to send me a brand new deck because it was covered by warranty. In addition, they also sent some extra bolts for my board as well.
Although I have run into some issues with my board, I am still happy with this company because of their customer service.

Bought a mini 2 back in Feb 2022. For the first 2 weeks the board worked fine. Then the battery started to fail and the board just died. It took me about 2 months for the replacement battery to arrive in Australia. However the replacement battery died again within 1 week. So they sent me another battery which had been working fine. The communication with customer service was intermittent, seems like the staff is either not well-trained or they change staff frequently. They will ask you to send them a video EVERY SINGLE TIME when you have a problem, even though the problem seems pretty straight forward. I did ask them to send me a few spare screws for the motor and they did without charging me anything, that was a big plus. They also extend the warranty for faulty part even though the shipping takes forever...So I would rate them about 8/10. They do try to make a good customer service, but the QC was still a bit unstable. It's a budget board after all, you get what you paid for.
