My company recently got Wordstream to manage the Ads campaigns we run for a few small businesses. The 20 minute work week has been especially useful to us and helped us dedicate this portion of time to each customer every week, which is something we previously did not always do. The interface is easy to use and the help given from our assigned Wordstream consultant was really helpful, with great communication from their end. We would recommend using this service.

It gives recommendations that are easy to understand, and focused enough to help enable making changes easy to do.

When I first opened WordStream to review our ads, I quickly noticed the "Average Quality Score" given for each ad group, and then dove into the "Current Quality Score" for each keyword. Current QS tells us the Expected CTR, Ad Relevance, and Landing Page Experience for each keyword we're targeting. Using this we can determine where to direct our efforts as we tweak ads, and can use that to learn if we're optimizing our budget well.

So much better than the AdWords interface! Wordstream has made it so that I don't dread using Google AdWords. The platform is so much more user-friendly, and our consultant is amazing. She's so helpful and I've learned a lot from her.

Wordstream is an amazing tool for both learning about PPC and managing PPC accounts. I came in with very basic knowledge about managing Google ads. The most helpful and biggest upside to using WordStream has been our twice monthly calls with our dedicated customer success advisor Kyle Taylor. Before using WordStream, one of the most frustrating experiences with Google Ads was the constant rotation of reps; it was difficult to build a relationship and communicate our business' goals when we'd be dealing with a different person the following month. Kyle has taught us more in these past 3 months than I'd learned from the Google reps in twice the amount of time and we've actually been able to see measured results from his advice and counsel.
