My experience with Wordstream has been fantastic. I'd consider myself a Google Ads beginner, and I have Wordstream to thank for helping me successfully bring our Ads management back in-house. From the beginning, the sales and onboarding experience was a great one. I felt like the sales rep gave us a pitch and a demo that was tailored to our needs, rather than delivering a generic pitch. He answered my many questions in a way that demonstrated how easy it is to use WordStream, and the impact we might expect from using it. When I asked for specifics, he was able to share them, and that helped me convince my company to use the product. The onboarding experience was smooth, and I felt like I was up and running in no time after we decided to go ahead with WordStream.

After using WordStream for a few months, I can say confidently say that it's easy to use and that it's been a useful tool for us. The 20-minute Work Week app is really useful and helps me maintain the account in just a few minutes a week, while my calls with our account rep help me dive in deep. She's incredibly knowledgeable about WordStream, Google Ads, and offers tips for improvement that I wouldn't have found on my own. I'm able to get insights, learn more and make tweaks easily, and we're seeing a true benefit to using WordStream.

In addition to the software, WordStream stays on top of industry trends and is a trusted source for articles and whitepapers on best practices that will boost your or your cleint's ROI.

Wordstream is very easy to use and saves a lot of time. The insights are very helpful. You still have to know what you're doing and how you want to effectively organize your campaigns, but WS gives some good insights and provides a great dashboard to manage Ads.
