Wordstream has allowed me to better utilize my budget and drive more qualified customers to our business.

WordStream is great. It has really us to follow the analytics of our website and make the appropriate changes to our AdWords campaigns. It also helps with those changes by making suggestions based on the data and moves changes across all platforms.

Wordstream has really helped us to hone our marketing strategy. It has allowed us to cut out spending with an expensive marketing company. Instead, we are able to take control with little prior experience and little time required. The representatives are very friendly and easy to work with and you always work with the same people so they get to know you well.

Wordstream has been a great partner this far. Their team has been able to take the heavy lifting of PPC management off our plate so we can focus on strategic management. There have been a few hiccups out of the gate but that's to be expected within the first 90 days.

Horrible Experience again. More fool me for backing us a second time. We first used Wordstream in 2013 for twelve months; we wanted to bail at ten, so we paid them one month and left. Late 2018 we need assistance as we were just too busy, our market was changing, and we were about to launch a new, so we tried them again. As others have said, they were great starters, big talkers and promises, and we knew what to expect. Honestly, I'm not sure why we tried them again as our site was scoring over 93% already. This time we last six months and are currently in dispute with them. Their consultant never followed us up, so we have missed months but charged the consultant fee. The interface/dashboard has stupidly out of date information and stats, sometimes up to 6 weeks old. The recommendations by the Wordstream system mirrored the Google Ads recommendations several times, making us think all they do is 'scrape' the information from Google and display it in the Wordstream dashboard. The 20-minute workweek made the same recommendations week after week and suggested the same keyword bid increase as the 'quality score' was good. Again, the same suggestions as Google. It's a ripoff, and you will feel it when you use this system.

The Wordstream system can't handle foreign currencies. We used their Facebook interface, imagine my shock when we set up the system in Thai Baht as 1,000 a day, and Facebook started charging US$1,000 a day. I pointed it out and was told 'we'll look into that' There were other issues, but overall Wordstream FAILED to deliver what they promised, and their software is DONE. Google tools are way more accurate and now more straightforward to use. Don't waste your money with Wordstream. Take the time, do a few tutorials on YouTube and you'll do better than the Wordstream recommendations for sure. Very disappointed!

Wordstream has become a great asset to our company and customers. There are a lot of advantages to using their software and two features I love is the QueryStream. This provides us more insight into the actionable terms and phrases that are creating exposure - good and bad for our campaigns and ad groups. The other is the 20-minute work week. Some clients accounts are almost on auto-pilot and yet you still need to remain fresh and look at things objectively. Going through this process helps us look at a number of facets that we'd maybe not normally consider.

I have been using WordStream for a few months now and have found it quite helpful, especially when managing accounts across multiple platforms.

WordStream can save you a lot of time with campaign optimizations and it also provides helpful suggestions and recommendations for improving the performance of the account.

The interface is smooth and easy to use. I especially like it for Facebook ad accounts because the Facebook ad manage is, in my opinion, quite clunky and slow, so it's easier to build and optimize campaigns in WordStream and then just export to Facebook.

I would also add that the WordStream account assistance has been great. Our account manager, Natalie, was very helpful in familiarizing myself with the software and interface while also providing useful tips and recommendations to improve campaigns.

Wordstream has increased the quality of my agencies Google Ads management for my 50 clients that require a week to week optimization for their campaigns. They not only offer ad management on Google Ads but also Facebook Ads which is a home run as most clients that run PPC, run on both networks. Wordstream interface is easy to learn + they have great knowledge resources to help you learn top leading PPC practises for improving the ROI conversions that are tracked within their system. I cannot say enough about the tool nor their support team that is always there to help.

The software is intuitive and easy to use, alerting you to best practices whenever there's an opportunity. In addition, the support team at WordStream is friendly, professional and really, really knowledgable. I have been able to expand my business using WordStream because it's made so many elements of search and social advertising, plus the reporting, so streamlined.

Our team loves Wordstream! Our rep is amazing and is so quick to get back to us when we have questions. The software is easy to use. It doesn't fix everything, but it is just a tool and as long as you have some knowledge of PPC, it's super helpful. We're able to more actively manage our campaigns and are seeing quality score increases on a lot of our accounts. I highly recommend Wordstream to anyone struggling to actively and adequately manage their PPC campaigns.

I have been very pleased with the WordStream software. The dashboard is very intuitive, and allows us to see our marketing strategies in a logical format for both Google and Social Media initiatives. We have benefitted greatly from the "query stream" tool, which makes effective keyword searching a breeze. We have also benefitted from the ability to research (and be alerted to) negative keywords which filter out unwanted clicks. Their "20 Minute Workweek" makes great suggestions on how to best optimize our marketing on a weekly basis, and have seen great gains in our Google quality scores and search impression shares. Their staff is highly responsive, and our representative has been educational and a great consultant. We also have learned quite a bit from the articles and whiteboards they provide. I would recommend them as an essential tool to both businesses and marketing agencies alike!
