A great platform to sit on top of Google Ads and streamline management of an account. The interface is less overwhelming than ads, and it improves upon it in a few key areas (such as the Query Stream).

We've also been signed up for bi-weekly calls with a Wordstream consultant, which has helped us to drive the account forward and the consultant works as a good sounding board for anyone managing PPC on their own.

WordStream is a very user friendly platform that helps streamline all of our processes. Everyone has been great to work with and is always willing to help. Would highly recommend to any size business.

Really like the tools. I use the querystream and new business tools a lot. I already mentioned before to our on going rep that the new business tool can be not consistent with results some times but that is my only complaint.

The wordstream tool has helped make us more efficient with campaign management. It is an easy to user interface and makes splitting ad groups and ad copy creation much easier. The reports are also clean and easy to generate.

My experience with WordStream has been virtually positive. Their platform is quite simple to use and their guides/documentation are for the most part useful. My company has experienced a shift in customer engagement since adapting the platform. The app itself can be sluggish at times and this is something I've already expressed as feedback to the company itself. Otherwise, the app gives a lot of feedback of its own with its 20 minute work week feature that encourages you to make important changes based on the performance or lack thereof of certain keywords. All in all, I'm happy with WordStream and the help of its employees.

We made such big progress in 3 months. From 50-60 conversions per month, after 3 months using WordStream, we get 226. All recommendations. WordStream is amazing to partner with. Prepare for blasting your Marketing efforts.

Wordstream has been a great addition to our marketing team. We contract our advertising, and Wordstream has allowed us to give our contractors good, constructive feedback to improve our keywords, move money appropriately. We are able to do much more with the help of Wordstream.

Wordstream has taken our PPC to the next level. We have access to a higher-level view of data from both our Google and Bing ad accounts. We are spending less money for more conversions. For instance, in the 10 months before we used Wordstream, we had 31 conversion. In the 3 months since using Wordstream, we have 21 conversions. And we're spending less, which helps me convince my CEO that it's worth it to continue investing in PPC.
We also have the help of a consultant who got into our account and immediately helped us with a few best practices for our account type.
What was really impressive was Steve, who helped us set up conversion tracking. What was exceptional to me was that he didn't go the easiest route to get the job done, which would have been to set it up in Wordstream. He wanted it to work for us permanently so he set it up in Google Tag Manager. He also helped us solve problems and provide data to my managers to show that we were on the right track.
Overall, Wordstream has become an integral part of the way I manage PPC for my company. We're excited to continue working with our Wordstream consultant Siobhan on increasing conversion rates, pulling up quality score, and improving our impression share. All for less money than we spending on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads alone. Thank you to the whole team at Wordstream.

I was skeptical at first about the ability of WordSteam to really reduce my costs. I also was skeptical about the benefit of using WordStream to manage my account vs using Google Ads.
