Avoid at all costs unless you want to be TRAPPED.

Horribly overpriced compared to other services. Although it's a professionally designed site with a lot of features, what is causing me to leave this negative review is the fact that WordStream goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to keep you locked into their service with no way out.

Interestingly, scrolled down to read all the other 1 star reviews here and they all say the same thing - price gouging and refusal to let you out of billing. We stayed with the system for over a year just to be out of the contract, then they still have the nerve to say there is "fine print" and an advance cancellation period. Who needs 20 days notice to cancel an online service that you should be able to TURN OFF immediately. All other services allow almost immediate cancellation before a billing period. Not WordStream. What does that tell you about their corporate mandate?

Unlike most services and subscriptions, there is no easy way to cancel on their dashboard, and apparently no easy way to cancel AT ALL. We've jumped through multiple hoops for weeks now, starting with the dreaded "contact support if you want to cancel" on 4/11, which was ignored, then 2 weeks later, a "Chris" contacts us to say we have to have a phone call or fill out yet ANOTHER form online explaining in detail why we want to cancel. After doing that, we still aren't cancelled and get ANOTHER BILL!

Then we're contacted by "Chris" and told "our contract states you have to give cancellation 20 days (!) before your renewal date! What the hell? 20 days! Another example that they are going to do everything possible to take your money and keep you from inscribing.

All of this effort has left us with a bad taste about WordStream and we recommend anyone avoid the service at all costs - it's overpriced and they know it and don't want to let you out when you try.

Wordstream is great for managing campaigns across Google and Bing. I love the match type tool as it makes it much easier to make broad match modified keywords. The 20 minute workweek also helps out with revealing quick wins to boost performance. The support and onboarding was also very thorough.

Easy to use and saving time. Provide clear insight for PPC.

We are not having the best experience with Wordstream. We started using the platform for ads however they changed their service to exclude feeds and now we have been directed to another company GODATAFEED who are equally as bad as Wordtream and charging loads more for the same service.We now have campaigns that do not have a feed. Its a total mess and Workstream just keep taking money and not resolving the issue. I cannot currently recommend Wordtsream and you have to book weeks in advance to get to speak to anyone, then if you are unlcky they will cancel a scheduled call at the last minute. Appalling service.

Wordstream was extremely knowledgable when it came to running ppc ads. I was highly impressed with their attention to detail and Derek Smith was amazing. Thank you for everything!

Very good software, it really helps to find opportunities to improve your ads, especially with tons of campaigns that might have duplicate keywords competing with each other.

Terrible company and performance, but great salesman working you from day 1 to get that contract signed. Just checkout the Adwords screenshot I included. You can see that right when I started using Wordstream and following their algorithms' suggestions, and those of the consultant, COSTS SOARED HIGHER, and yet CONVERSION RATE PLUMMETED.

My 3 month contract ended and I canceled two weeks prior, which is 12 days earlier than I needed to, and yet they still charged me an extra month of fees and refused to refund me my money.

Their service is terrible and they banged me for an extra month's fees despite my written cancellation beyond the minimum time frame required. I wouldn't buy a bag of peanuts from this company - total trash.

Our industry - installing rooftop solar electric systems for homes - is fast moving and can be complex. Wordstream helps us reach customers in online search in a way that grabs their attention and connects to their specific needs. We are a small business and having help making our constrained budget work for us is invaluable. They’re easy to work with and knowledgeable. Thanks!

WordStream is hands down the single most important martech we use. The insights and ease of use are responsible for doubling our monthly revenue! Without WordStream, we would still be trying to figure out in-depth analytical data using the standard ad platforms' less than logical layout. Even without Google Ads experience, we were able to set up a successful campaign with WordStream within the first couple weeks of using the tool. Their 20-min workweek has been so helpful in optimizing our ads and increase our ROI.
I've been very pleased with the core software functionalities to administrate Facebook and Google ads. Their conversion toolkit is also pretty decent but looks a bit archaic. Not the end of the world.

BE WARNED - This hasn't worked for my business. - YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND AS THEY ABROAD AND CAN HIDE BEHIND BEING IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY

So far I have found Wordstream to be very easy to use for the most part and it helps me target items that need to be addressed quickly in the accounts that I run. All of my accounts are performing better than ever. I have had a few issues but they are quick to respond and eager to help. They value feedback and are very personable to deal with.
