edit: Replying back and saying "read the fine print" isn't customer service. Why did you bother replying? You sell air. Why put in your contract 30 days notice to cancel when you sell software you can simply turn off? Because you know people don't read the fine print is why, and you want to take advantage. That's the entire reason i wrote this review to tell others about your crappy policies.

I requested service cancellation. I was billed Dec 25th. Requested cancellation Jan 7. There is no way to cancel service from within your account which should have been the first red flag. So I requested cancelation through their customer support. I was told "my request was received" but then you are forced into taking a call from their management to try to push continuing with their service. I didn't take the call and was greeted then with a follow up email asking me to call them. I told them to just cancel the service. Then i received another email saying I will be billed again on Jan 25th for another month of service and my account will be shut down on Feb 25th. I wasn't asking for a partial refund for the 2 weeks I used starting Dec 25th. I was happy to pay for service through the 25th of January. No problem. But to then bill me for another month of service when I clearly have no intention of using it. Buyer beware.

The tool is amazing! It's easy to navigate, intuitive, customizable, and most important, effective! Since I started using WordStream, my spend has decreased and my conversions, clicks, impressions, and CTR have increased! My account rep is super helpful in our meetings and is quick to respond to emails.

Their team of experts works along with your team to advise and oversee progress. This has given us the ability to train newer strategists and easily manage several accounts. Also love WordStream's reporting tool, 20-Minute Work Week, and easy-to-use interface. This is hands-down my favorite marketing tool and product partner.

I would say I have beginner to intermediate skills at Google ads, but with WordStream, I was able to catch some important tweaks that helped improve our campaigns. Their 20-minute work week is just a lifesaver!

What a massive waste of money!

The team at WordStream are experts and the product has advanced artificial intelligence that helps me manage my account quickly. It provides better insight into the ad platforms than the native systems.

Full of false promises, dishonest I would never recommend them to anyone We hired them to improve our Google Adwords and Bing ranking, unfortunately, our ranking went down in both.

This team works hard. I've worked with other agencies who charge their fees and once the campaign is started they basically set it and forget it. With WordStream I am seeing hard work each week. If you run PPC this is a must have tool, I have been using the tool since Nov 2018. The tool has been able to help speed up my campaign creation from start to finish. I spend most of my day in between my Google Ads Dashboard and Wordstream mixed with my analytics.

The 20 work week is perfect for everyone. Wordstream is always seeming to blow me away with features I have had not played with and my account manager is always looking for ways to help me build a stronger campaign with best practices and more.

My favorite tool is the QueryStream Report helping you to identify new words that have potential in enhanced leads / sales plus it is powerful for managing negative keywords.

My Calls with them are always productive, the nice part is no matter the skill level they have the resources to get you focused in the right direct.
