Wouldn’t recommend.

Not the best customer service. I’ve ordered 2 keyboards with Wooting coming in at nearly £500, still they don’t care. My keyboard came with scratched caps and for the inconvenience I asked for a free black coiled cable, but nope they don’t care they will just sent a singular cap replacement.

Maybe look after the customers who have repeat orders.

Sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your experience. When anything arrives damaged, we normally replace the affected part directly so you can get back to a fully working keyboard as quickly as possible. In this case, a (single) keycap replacement was offered as that is the standard way we handle this type of issue.

We absolutely value both new and returning customers, and we always aim to help wherever something is genuinely wrong with a product. At the same time, we try to keep resolutions proportional to the issue so we can support all customers fairly.

We're always looking to leave you with a satisfactory experience, even if you end up not keeping our product.
Unfortunately you didn't leave any information in your review so I can look into your case's details so I can see what (else) we can do for you, I've also sent you a request for additional info, hope you can and are willing to reply on that with your order number for example.

Without having any details on your situation, I think we can split returning a keyboard into 2 categories. If we did something wrong with the order or the order arrived with any sort of factory defect that requires warranty, we will cover the shipping costs, but unfortunately, if you made a mistake while ordering, or simply changed your mind, we still do allow a return for a full refund within 30 days after receiving it, but in those cases we indeed do not cover the return costs, we do refund the initial shipping costs though.

Hope to hear from you on the additional details so I can look into how we can improve your experience, alternatively you can always reach out to wooting.io/support.

I finally gave in to the hype and bought the Wooting

I finally gave in to the hype and bought the Wooting 80HE, but what arrived was a massive disappointment.
The keyboard feels cheap and poorly made. The plastic is flimsy, and the HE switches feel low-quality, hard to press. Honestly, any other keyboard I’ve owned sounds and feels better. Typing on this feels more like a membrane keyboard than a premium mechanical keyboard.
I also found cringe emojis gravitated on the PCB – something that wasn’t mentioned or shown on the website when I ordered. On top of that, the box included a bizarre paper with slogans like “you and us against the industry.” It just feels unnecessary and tacky.
They are charging over €250 for this keyboard, which is absurd. In my opinion, the keyboard’s quality doesn’t exceed €50. Even if the software is good, it doesn’t justify the poor build. You won’t gain any advantage using this over other brands. For that price, you’d be better off with a SteelSeries or Razer keyboard, or even cheaper knockoffs that perform just as well.
This keyboard is overpriced, overhyped, and underdelivers. Wooting, if you want to stay in business, focus on making solid keyboards instead of bragging. Adjust your pricing to match the quality. Extremely unhappy.

Keyboard stoped working after 30 days

I bought a wooting HE80 (for almost 400 Euro) and to be honest I loved the keyboard. It felt amazing writing with it. After 30 days it broke. While using it, it would just stop working and I would have to remove the USB C cable and plug it in again, once every 1-2h.

I contacted the support (funny enough I cant return it as it is after 30 days) and its been back and forth for forever now. I have tried all of their guides for fixing it like: Trying multiple port on my PC (Type A and C), multiple USB-C cords, I even unscrewed it according to the instructions from customer service to check on a cable and it still did not solve it.

I feel cheated. They keyboard is great, I would like to keep it, I just want a working one....

Please be careful when buying.

Thank you for the feedback. It genuinely means a lot to hear that you love the keyboard, but that makes it even more frustrating when something like this happens after 30 days and I completely understand why that would feel disappointing.

I can see you’ve been in contact with support and have gone through quite a bit of troubleshooting already. We always start with those steps because intermittent disconnects can be caused by several factors like USB ports, cables, power delivery, or the daughterboard, and since the USB connector and power regulation are located on the daughterboard, if the symptoms point in that direction, we will replace that first instead of immediately swapping the entire keyboard or main PCB. That approach helps us solve the issue faster and more efficiently in most cases and the goal is always the same: to get you a properly functioning keyboard.

I also noticed you’ve placed new orders with us since then, which means a lot, thank you for that continued trust and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of and that your 80HE will work as it should.

Order not arriving. Was solved shortly after

Placed my order on January 13th, still hasn't arrived, DHL says it's stuck on label created.
Update: The support was really kind and helpful and I've been sent a replacement order which arrived really fast.

In a twist of timing, the original parcel also resumed transit, and both ended up being delivered on the same day.

For your order, the plastic 60HE v2 is a pre-order that’s scheduled for a later release than the aluminium version. That means it’s still in development or mass production and will then be freight shipped from China. In the batch update message from 06-11-2025, we already communicated an expected delivery window around April, and that information hasn’t significantly changed since then. You can always find these updates on our batch updates page at wooting.io/batch-updates and your order's specific estimate in your hub page or via https://wooting.io/order-status

We’ve noticed that some confusion can come from the general product page showing “in stock”, while not all versions or configurations are immediately available. That’s on us, and we’re actively working to make that clearer. With pre-orders especially, there are many external factors that can affect timelines, but we do our best to stay transparent through regular updates.

Ware nie angekommen, kein Support

Ich habe am 09.12.2025 eine Tastatur bestellt. Angeblich sollte die Ware noch vor Weihnachten da sein. Bis heute habe ich keine Ware erhalten. Ich habe mehrfach dem Support geschrieben und nur sinnlose automatische Antworten zurück bekommen. Schade. Ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen hier zu bestellen. Das Geld sehe ich wahrscheinlich auch nicht wieder.

I’m really sorry to read this and I completely understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially after ordering with the expectation of receiving it before Christmas.

Please rest assured that we will always make sure you either receive your order or get a full refund. Looking into the tracking, things do look confusing. There’s an indication that delivery to a Packstation may have been selected on your side, but it doesn’t clearly show that the parcel was actually delivered there (yet). To be sure, could you please contact that location and/or confirm that you have done so?

On our end, I’ve already contacted our warehouse (the sender) and asked them to follow up with DHL to get clarity on the current status of the shipment. If we can’t find any concrete information about where the package is or what happened to it, we’ll move forward with either sending a replacement or issuing a refund, whichever you prefer.

I’ll also be reaching out to you directly via your support request so we can get this resolved properly and as quickly as possible.

Je commande un clavier, il ne me convient pas donc je fais le nécessaire pour le renvoyer rapidement (10 jours)
Remboursement sous 3 à 5 jours ouvrés il est écrit dans leur condition.
Ils ont reçu le clavier le 19 décembre (confirmation du livreur) aucune confirmation de réception concernant wooting...
Le 2 janvier toujours aucune nouvelle, email de relance envoyé pour savoir où ça en était, toujours aucune réponse...
Je ne comprends pas comment c'est possible d'avoir un sav autant inefficace quand on voit le prix auquel ils vendent les claviers...
Aucun suivi du renvoi ou du remboursement s'il y a lieu...

I can confirm that your return has now been processed and the refund has been executed, please do allow for the 3-5 business days before the refund might show on your balance.

Sehr gut aber preis

Bin selber Metaller und Alu ist das billigste Material und auch einfach zum bearbeiten. würde sie mit Kunstoff case 150 und Alu case 200 kosten wäre perfeckt.

On the pricing side, we totally understand where you’re coming from. While aluminum as a raw material isn’t expensive, a big part of the cost sits in the full production chain. That said, pricing perception is very personal, and we're convinced in a you-get-what-you-paid for concept, so while we're not the cheapest option, we do back our keyboards with a 4-year warranty for a top tier experience over a longer time the investment you made.

Horrendous Service

It seems they have no intention on being open or helpful about the shipping situation. I've been waiting for 13 days for my package with no update on its location. Contacting Wooting has only resulted in vague answers such as contact UPS and UPS has replied back with the opposite. Many others on the discord is having this problem. I had ordered it with separate shipping at an increased cost so I could get it before Christmas but it seems I will not. While they're keyboards are great their service has degraded so much since their first keyboard. If this is how they treat their customers buying their premium products then I'd have to reconsider buying their products in the future.

I’m really sorry for the frustration this caused, especially with the expectation of having it before Christmas. We completely understand how disappointing that is.

We try to be as transparent as possible about shipping, but when something goes wrong at the courier level it can still be incredibly frustrating from the customer side. In your case, the shipment unfortunately never received a first scan or was never properly picked up by the courier. When that happens, we’re required to wait out a minimum time out period of around two weeks, and during peak season it’s often closer to three weeks, as parcels can sit unscanned in courier warehouses for longer than usual.

Looking back at the communication, we explained this situation and the time out period in our first reply, which was sent three days after your initial contact. On the day the 14 days without tracking updates passed, a replacement was prepared. Unfortunately, because this was just before Christmas and there was some confusion around the alternative solution you asked for if it exceeded two weeks, the replacement wasn’t shipped immediately. That delay is on us, and I’m sorry about that.

We absolutely understand the frustration around paying extra for shipping and still missing the intended delivery window. That feedback is fair, and I’ll make sure it’s shared internally. We don’t take lightly that you chose one of our premium products, and we do care deeply about making things right when something goes wrong. I can see the replacement shipping was picked up successfully and has been on its way for a couple of days now and it looks like it should arrive with you shortly.

I ordered a product that was shown as “in stock,” but only after paying was I told it wouldn’t arrive until February. This delay was never mentioned on the product page. When I asked to cancel, they charge a 10% fee even though the delay was on their side, not mine. Very poor transparency and unfair policies.I added more stars because they keyboard are very good quality product and I have seen they made with ``love``

Depending on the sub-model you chose during ordering, the expected delivery estimation indeed could have been different from what the generic front page shows if a model is (partially) in stock, but this is shown during checkout after you've filled your cart with a specific color/layout, before paying.

Regarding the restocking fee, the first 2 (or $/€1000,- for resellers/bulk buyers) cancellations/returns are free, after that we charge a 10% fee per our policy, though if the cancellation is due to an error/miscommunication on our side, this is usually not applicable.

I requested additional information via this review, but unfortunately you didn't provide any details we can use to look up your specific account/order/support request, without any detail we're unable to look into your case and/or respond on your specific situation.

Seriously dont use this company

Seriously dont use this company, I placed order and all addresses were correct but soon as dpd got the parcel the address was wrong, so I tried to contact wppting to no avail and because I had no response from wooting or dpd the parcel was unsuccessfully delivered and this is after nearly over a week of waiting so now I have to take time out of my day to collect from a local store which im worried about also as dpd driver didnt try to deliver parcel and said I wasnt in even though I have cctv which can prove the driver didnt attempt and the photo of the missed delivery is clearly taken from inside his vehicle as you can see the reflection of the glass, so if thinking of purchasing keyboard please please shop around before ordering from wooting as they take your money and dont care what happens after that, use at own risk honestly.

I’m really sorry to read about this experience. I understand how frustrating it is when a delivery doesn’t go as expected, especially after waiting over a week.

Unfortunately, we’re a bit limited in what we can investigate here because the review doesn’t include any information that lets us link this to an order, account, or support request. We did reach out via Trustpilot to ask for additional details, but we didn’t receive a response. Without that, we can’t verify what happened on our side or check the address details.

From our end, we haven’t seen cases where an address changes on its own after ordering. When address issues do occur, it’s usually related to things like saved browser fields, express checkout methods, or autofill data providing incorrect information at checkout. That said, once the parcel is handed over, the delivery attempt itself and actions like missed delivery notices or pickup locations are handled entirely by the courier, in this case DPD, and unfortunately outside of our direct control.

If the parcel was redirected to a pickup location that’s inconvenient or incorrect, the local courier is usually the best point of contact to request a transfer to a closer pickup point. As a last resort, the shipment can return to us, at which point we can arrange another delivery attempt (after confirming the address) or a refund.

Our support team is definitely active and reachable via wooting.io/support, and that’s the fastest way for us to help you directly with order or delivery issues. If you’re still willing, please reach out there with your order details so we can properly look into this and get you the best solution moving forward.

I ordered a keyboard that my son wanted…

I ordered a keyboard that my son wanted for Christmas, knowing it was backordered which was fine. I set up my billing and shipping addresses and waited for notification that it was being sent. I received an email today that before they will fulfill the order for shipment I need to go in and confirm my addresses that I had just entered a few days ago. Apparently the only way to do so is to create an account and join their Discord. I'm a parent, with no interest in signing up to a server just so I can check on my one time order. I went to their webpage to look for a customer service number to call and bypass this BS. However, they have no number listed nor an email address nor a chat option.

It is absolutely ludicrous that they have no problem taking my money and my order without an account but if I want to do anything with my order I have to create an account.

I can't be the only parent who has no interest in Discord or joining just to check on an order. This is the least customer service oriented company I have ever dealt with, and I used to have Xfinity.

I hope that when my son does eventually get his keyboard it was worth the money as I won't be ordering anything else from them in the future.

To clarify what happened: for preorders, we send out address confirmation checks before shipping to prevent packages from going to the wrong place. Many customers place orders weeks or even months before a product becomes available, and addresses can change in that time. When an order is placed shortly before shipping, I understand how this can feel redundant.

That said, replying to the email itself with a simple confirmation that the address is correct is also enough. Creating an account is only one option, not a requirement. Joining Discord is not needed at all for order management or support, it’s purely a community space and not part of our official support flow.

We also don’t offer phone or live chat support, but all of our pages point to wooting.io/support, where you can contact us directly via email for any order related questions, including address confirmation. If we don’t receive a response, orders are automatically shipped after 1 to 2 weeks, though I understand this is less than ideal during the holidays. I’ll be forwarding that feedback to the team.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I purchased a keyboard but once the keyboard arrived I asked to return it and get a refund. I did exactly what they asked me to do immediately. The website stated that I should receive my refund in 7 business days. They received the keyboard on December 3rd and now they are telling me it’s going to take at least 14 business days to get my money back. That’s ridiculous. I didn’t even open the box. The way the emails were written have no sympathy or saying thank you for your patience. Nope they don’t care. Well, don’t worry about it. I’m done with Wooting.

I’m really sorry to read about your experience. I understand waiting on a refund is frustrating, especially when you did everything right on your end, and I understand how that can feel disappointing.

That said, without any identifying information in the review, like a real name or order number, I’m unfortunately not able to look into your specific case right now. Our returns process is largely automated, and refunds are issued once a return is received and inspected. Especially for US returns, this is usually quite fast since it’s not an international shipment and refund, they usually process within 2-3 workdays.

The main situation where a refund can take closer to two weeks is when there’s an issue with the return shipment itself. In those cases, we sometimes need to wait for a courier time-out before the shipment is officially considered lost, after which we still issue the refund.

If you’re willing, I’d really like to look into this properly for you. You can update the review with your order number using the order number field (only visible to us), or reach out directly via wooting.io/support so we can check exactly what happened and see what we can do.

Leider kann ich nicht empfehlen dort zu kaufen. Produkte sind super, Support nicht existient

sorry to hear you're experiencing communication issues with our support.

Currently we do not have waiting times of 3 weeks or more to receive a response from us, so I definitely looked into this situation.

Even without having an order number from you I was able to trace back to your order number and support request using your name.

I can see a colleague responded to you on both emails you sent us, on the same day even;
On Oct 17 about 1,5 hours after you reached out to us and again on Dec 1, about 2 hours.

Have you checked if our replies maybe went into your spam/junk box?
I'll also reply on your mails again in case those older mails have been deleted by now, but I can assure you, our support is definitely there to help you, and we can indeed help you out on your request.

Sorry for any inconvenience you might have experienced, but it seems something might have gone wrong with receiving our responses somehow.

Wooting TWO HE from 2023

Bought a Wooting TWO HE in 2023, still going strong no issues, survived spilling water on it with zero issues. Software is actually useful rather than the modern standard of barely functional, new software features still get rolled out to older devices like mine. First time I've spent extra to get something higher end and not been disappointed, actually worth the price.

Two years into owning it I thought some of the keys were finally dying, would double type occasionally etc, nope turns out it was a desk magnet lol. Still no issues, truly unique in the era of planned obsolescence.
