Customer Support.....
The keyboard hardware is decent, but customer support is absolutely horrendous. I followed their own product page guidance and flashed QMK firmware (which they endorse for customization). After doing so, I completely lost all wireless functionality.I've been chasing support for nearly 2 months. They repeatedly promised responses or fixes by certain dates but didn't follow through and then went silent, pretending the issue was resolved. As of today (Tuesday), still nothing. Extremely unreliable. I cannot recommend this company or their products at all.

AVOID WOMIER AT ALL COSTS
I ordered a keyboard from them , they sent it in a paper thin package and of course it came dead.
Imagine you receive a dead product, contact thei support and their agent call you bro... They tried to trick me to lose my right for dispute ,they accused me that the product was good and I didn't know how it works ,then that it was dead but it was my fault,then that the product was fine and I wanted to keep it for free..i sent it back of course and it was a DOA product..and they did whatever they could to delay my refund. I have never see so far such scamming tactics. AVOID THEM and order from elsewhere

It's very surprising you don't know anything about it , id number from AliExpress order 3065685451778536, when that's your attitude with everyone!!!! Doesn't take much to take a look on what people say for similar situations... I pointed out everything you did on sellers chat and you the only thing you did is to delay my refund as much as you could and that says everything about your scamming company. No , it's not the behavior of your support agent which except from being rude is useless also to help , it's not fault of the guy who package it in a paper thin packaging to save you money. It's you !!!!! And if you do all these for a DOA product I don't want to know what you do for products the broke afterwards... Scammers is the least for you. Be grateful I didn't make a video about it and I can't upload photos here.

As the COO of Womier, I want to address this publicly. I have reviewed the AliExpress chat logs, and you are absolutely right. The customer service you received was unacceptable. It is deeply embarrassing that our agent argued with you over a DOA product and that AliExpress had to step in via a dispute to process your refund. That is completely against our company policies.
We have sent you a direct message on AliExpress to apologize personally. I want to assure you, and anyone reading this, that we are taking immediate internal disciplinary action against the agent involved.
We are not a scamming company, but our support team severely failed you here, and we own that mistake. Thank you for holding us accountable and bringing this unacceptable behavior to management's attention. We are fixing it.
Quality
The keyboard I received is very high quality and has held up very well over the past year or so; moreover, its very easy to setup, and the app you can download is very user-friendly.

Good keyboard but no customer support
Good keyboard but no customer support. I got my keyboard and it was very wobbly straight out of the box. I have sent multiple emails for over a month now and i either get ghosted or only one answer and ghosted again.
Edit: Customer support seems to be fixed now

We are extremely sorry for the terrible support experience you've had. Having a new keyboard arrive wobbly is frustrating enough, but being ignored by our team is completely unacceptable. We are currently fixing our internal email system which caused some messages to be lost, but that is no excuse.
I have personally tracked down your previous emails in our system and just sent a reply regarding your wobbly keyboard. We are arranging a solution for you right now.

Womier performance
I've bought a keyboard on the site and everything to the price, quality of the products to the delivery is exceptionally good.
One of the best websites to buy keyboard related products and when i need it i'll buy there again.
