Don't use Winnings Appliances, buy Andi-CO related products or anything to do with 3M Leibherr.

I paid $10,000 for a Falcon oven. I was told it arrived into the country mid August. It took 3M 5 weeks to dispatch from Melbourne to Sydney. They then sent the oven to Queensland because they "forgot" to load it off the truck. This was after I had already expressed disattisfaction with the service I had received so obviously my concerns or request were not passed on. I was told by two seperate people "It will arrive to our Sydney Warehouse tomorrow and we will ship it the next day" I get to the next week and it still had not arrived.

Manager just kind of laughed at me a lot of the time on the phone. I don't feel he took my upset or concern seriously. I wasn't contacted within time frames set by Winnings staff for updates.

Ridiculous system, poor service, haven't even got the oven yet and am dreading it arriving and having any problems if this is the level of care or service I will recieve. Go with Harvey Norman Commercial department if you are looking for big ticket appliances.

Bought a new Westinghouse cooktop(old one 30+years ceramic glass developed cracks). Easy on line process, quick delivery on time & great product. Excellent all around

I was looking for new Shaw Ceramic Sinks for our extensive home renovations. It was very easy to order on the phone and the customer service rep was very knowledgeable. My order arrived on time, as stated and the delivery men were incredible. Extremely efficient and polite. Explained everything to me, opened the boxes to ensure all was intact, took photos and emailed me all photos and their delivery report. Very professional. The Osborne Park, WA, Winning's Appliance Team is remarkable. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Especially since I live in a regional area of the Southwest and I couldn't have had been able to make my purchase without spending more through an East Coast Distributor. Regards, Dave

I had an issue with my delivery and I emailed a staff member. The long convoluted reply was obviously written by AI and did not address the issue. Give AI a miss and just pick up the phone.
The staff member I ordered from was very helpful, but other staff members at the end of the phone were supercilious.
The washing machine was left plugged in with the transport bolts still left in and the installation plate was lost.
The guys who finally came to sort the problem were delightful.

From the minute I walked in I felt like I was in heaven. Staff actually wanted to help me and Oliver was SO knowledgeable and patient. I was there to get all the appliances for a kitchen renovation, so we did a lot of comparisons between options. The space itself is extremely roomy and everything is displayed with lots of room to move around. The cup of coffee and snack at the end didn't go astray either after all that 'work'. Instead of being a couple of hours of confusion it was a bit over an hour of decision making after looking at the options. What a pleasure.

Canberra Winnings Store. I bought a Miele washing machine off the floor, discontinued model. Was told it would take 4 weeks to get it out of the display and delivered, turned out to be 6 weeks. Then they delivered it without the stabilisers installed, great. Then it was in demo mode so it can't be used. They didn't go out of their way to find a solution, I had to contact them. They were very sorry but still didn't do anything helpful like organise Miele. So I contacted Miele direct, wasted an hour of my time with an overseas call centre who had no technical information that was helpful, but they at least arranged for a tech to attend. Another week of no machine. So of course it was then on me to make sure I was home and rearrange my work to facilitate the technician's visit. Winnings never followed up. So they might look all flash but when it got it a bit hard the service wasn't there. I will not buy there again.

A great experience from sales to installation. Professional, helpful, friendly!! Will only ever deal with Winnings from now on! Truly ‘legendary service!’

I was looking for a combi steam oven. Winnings gave me excellent advice about various makes and models
I settled on VZug. I has proved to be an excellent choice in all aspects. Winnings contacted me after installation to advise me about a VZug demonstration by a chef. It was fantastic. I'm having fun exploring all the functions available.
The oven arrived as advised on the window provided. Winnings is a very good company to deal with.

What we needed was very hard to find...a fridge to fit the hole in our 30 y.o kitchen. It took a long time searching online to find the right size in the colour we wanted but once I found the Winning website it was so easy. To top it off the delivery experience left us feeling that we'd been cared for by experts in installation in a very respectful manner.

Products were delivered promptly and installed. A problem post installation was fixed promptly with an extra visit. The after service was impeccable

Over the Easter weekend our 10-year old Siemens Dishwasher 'gave up the ghost'. Visiting the Crows Nest store this morning relieved my anxieties & answered all my concerns. Nunda Wiersma, Winning's Product Expert simply took me through the alternatives and without fuss or pressure SOLD to me a new Dishwasher that will meet all my family's needs. It will be delivered and installed on Monday. Thank you Winnings. Most Impressive.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Amadini Bandara over the phone. I didn't have clear ideas for what appliances we were after for our kitchen renovation and wasn't sure if the specifics - Amadini was so helpful, patient and clearly explained the differences between the items to me in a way I understood without making me feel silly. She was amazing! I had a rough budget in mind but because she explained the comparison between different items, I ended up understanding that the items I had my mind set on, weren't suitable for what I needed for our kitchen. If it wasn't for Amadini, our whole kitchen renovation would be going pear shape.

Our experience with winnings was excellent. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Roc was helpful and very supportive with shop information to delivery and after service.
Definitely recommend Winnings on all levels.

The showroom had many products to choose from and the staff know their products well. They spent some time goi g through the advantages and disadvantages of each product that met my needs so I could make a decision

I would definitely use this company again. I found the best price which was great, but also the ordering and delivery processes were very easy and very fast. Notifications were accurate so I knew exactly when to be home. Can’t fault them!

They can use better delivery services, for example, Australia post.
I ordered an item a week ago, still not received.
I tried to reschedule the delivery twice
each time they said it will be delivered the next day but they didn't.
I was supposed to install the appliance this weekend but I guess I will not be doing that. Opened a support case with Big W , that is the platform they advertised on.
Btw, perhaps next time specify the item location so people can estimate delivery times
