I don’t usually write reviews, but this one’s deserved.
I had a minor issue with a vial that turned out to likely be related to the bacteriostatic water—not even something on their end—and without me asking, they went ahead and sent a replacement anyway. That kind of response is rare.

What stood out wasn’t just the product, but how they handled it: fast, no pushback, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care more about keeping things right than squeezing every transaction.

I’ll be tossing the old BAC water and grabbing a fresh one when their site reopens, but either way, they’ve earned my trust.

If you’re on the fence, this is a company that actually stands behind what they do.

I wonder with these prices are they wholesale buying from overseas ( china) an retaging the vials up???!

Have you noticed that most of the reviews on this company are talking about shipping and customer service and not about results???

I have been on Reta since October 2025 from Certified Peptides (they are amazing) but I found some guy on instagram who promised that Amino club was the best. I tried it, I am almost 100% that my reta is not reta. I am not going to pay to get it tested but it is not working like my other peptides have been. The business just seems....off.

My package was initially stolen/missing. Support shipped me out a replacement the same day, with no hesitancy. Extremely professional and overall great experience!

Amino Club customer service is great. My vial of Reta came empty, i emailed them and they responded in less than 24 hours and asked for a photo of the empty vial and when I provided it they shipped my new vial straight away and provided me with a code for 20% off my next order. I’m so excited to try it!

Honestly I just wanna say no one is perfect mistakes will happen everyone deserves a chance. So if a company is willing to accept they messed up then they clear there name. Please give amino club a chance to be your friend they do right when a mistake happens in there end. The support team will get back at you any and all questions will be answered. It’s not lightning fast but it’s no snail slow either. There people there human there a company trying to fulfill our orders as fast as humanly possible thank you amino club love you guys.

Sent me 40mg of mots-c when I ordered 10mg vial due to “shipping issues”. Which was nice if there would have been a COA for the 40mg vial. I won’t use without a COA

Good quality products, and the support team is very nice. I ordered a few peptides a while ago and sent them an email wondering what was happening with the shipment since it had been a few days since it updated. They said fedex hasn’t picked up the package yet and said sorry for the wait, so gave me a 25% discount and upgraded my ghk cu from 50mg to 100mg for free.
