I also had an app using Bluetooth technology that runs on my iPhone. Screen 2 works properly but screen 1 is dead in the water.
Installer company could not get it to work folllowing the directions to reinstall.

The Marketing agent, Jeff was spot on, everything he said was going to happen, happened and the install crew was lights out, heck of a job installing everything. Stationary and moving screens, everything worked perfectly!!

Salesman was excellent and new everything about the product.

The men that installed our awning were punctual, well trained, and very pleasant. They completed our awning in about three hours, and gave us excellent instructions for operating with the remote controls. We would give you a very good recommendation .

Taylor did a wonderful job in evaluating our needs and recommending the right solution. The scheduling team was accommodating of our busy schedules and the install was excellent. Extremely satisfied!
