I made my order on February 23rd, and order tracking stopped updating on February 25th. Wildride has been UNREACHABLE. I have emailed, filled out their online form, messaged on instagram, on their supposedly “live” chat. No response anywhere. I am extremely disappointed and want my money back!!!!

Obsessed with our wildride carrier! My two year old loves it & feels so safe & secure in it. A need for busy mum life!

Great carrier for quick walks into shops or for short distances. My baby doesn’t walk yet, but we bike many places together. It’s perfect to pop him quickly in the carrier when taking him out of his bike seat. Super easy to get the carrier on and off.

We love our Wildride carrier and diaper bag! The carrier is so easy to use, comfortable for both mum and Bub and I know will be used for years to come! The bag has also been a game changer with its multiple pockets and clip for keys- we use it every day and I love the thick, adjustable strap because with all the unnecessary things we pack our bag can get heavy! Thankyou for making our lives easier wildride!🤎🤎

This is the carrier I didn’t know I needed but am so glad we have — our 3 year old (who is very tall and not light!) loves to still be carried around so I’m loving the extra support this offers. I went with the brown linen colourway and it suits all my outfits, which was really important to me! Highly recommend x

Het merk zit zo goed in elkaar. Het is niet alleen een heel fijn product van goede kwaliteit maar ook zo’n fijne customer journey en service. Snel, behulpzaam en professioneel. Wildride is inmiddels niet meer weg te denken uit onze weekenden, raad het aan iedereen aan.

I chose their carrier but it turned out to be incredibly uncomfortable. It cannot be worn for more than five minutes without leaving your shoulder in real pain for days. I have never had any back or shoulder issues, yet after using it for just five minutes I was left with pain for two days. It is also not very safe for the baby.

Despite my disappointment, I contacted the company politely to request a return. Not only did I have to cover the return costs myself (at least £12), but the process was not explained clearly on their website. I returned everything exactly as received, since I had only tried the carrier. Originally, I had purchased the carrier plus some accessories.

When it came to the refund, they emailed me claiming that one of the products had arrived “damaged” – apparently cut with scissors. This clearly happened at their end, as I sent everything back in perfect condition. I did not even touch the redt of the products and sent back everything as it was. In the end, I had to raise a claim with my credit card company to finally get my money back.

I cannot believe a brand working with parents could be so inconsiderate, adding unnecessary stress to the lives of new parents. I’ve lived in the UK for ten years and I've never experienced such a bad costumer service before.

As a grandmother I take care of my grandchildren weekly. Wildride has been a lifesaver for me as it is very handy to pack when you don’t need it and put on in seconds when you do. It also allows you to be close to your child when it needs some comfort while carrying the child. Good for bonding. It has going out with the little ones a lot easier

Ik ben al een tijdje fan van Wildride! Ik heb twee carrières die ik dagelijks gebruik met mijn zoontje, ideaal voor wandelingen en boodschappen. Laatst heb ik ook de luiertas besteld en die maakt het helemaal compleet. Hij is superhandig ingedeeld, ziet er mooi uit en maakt het dragen een stuk makkelijker. Alles voelt stevig en van hoge kwaliteit, echt een merk waar je blij van wordt. Aanrader!

Great carrier baby carrier and easy to take your child with you

The carrier stays in the car. Always ready for when my baby suddenly won’t walk.

I got this toddler carrier in the beautiful merlot shade for my close friends, and it’s been such a great choice 🙌🏻. They use it on walks to the park or when we grab coffee and tell me how much easier it makes getting around. It feels so good to know they’re really enjoying it.

Eindelijk geen strijd meer met de kinderwagen! Onze dochter kruipt zó graag in de Wildride, en wij merken dat onze schouders en rug veel minder belast worden. Absoluut een aanrader.

Super handy carrier. Once my daugther was outgrown the baby carriers this one is a perfect follow up. Very easy to bring eg. when using the bike to move and not able to bring a buggy. This carrier gives free space for my todler and gives me free hands!
