Ich habe die Ware zurückgeschickt, aber mein Geld nicht zurück erhalten. Es gibt keinen Customer Service, nur einen Chat Bot. Irgendwann haben die einfach gar nicht mehr geantwortet. Finger weg!

Lost colour after 1 wash…

I have been trying for several weeks to contact this company’s customer services and they are just ghosting me. They were responsive when I requested to return an item which I wanted to exchange for a different size. The item was a present from my daughter and they now have her money and I have no goods to show for it. Since they received the return on 29th December I have made numerous attempts to contact them and they just won’t reply, despite having replied very promptly prior to the return. Appalling customer service and quite frankly, I am beginning to feel they have scammed me. Do NOT order from this company.

Do not shop from this brand - they have poured money into their marketing and website to make it appear premium but their products are manufactured and sent from China, the silk feels cheap even though it states to be 100% mulberry silk. Their customer support is automated, an AI bot, that does not solve your problem and takes several weeks to return with a useless answer. Their returns and refund process is cumbersome and outsourced completely to the customer, with an unnecessarily long form to fill out and steps to take to send back. Unless you want to spend a lot of money on cheap products (this is not silk!) and hassle with a terrible service, don't use this website.

Billige Qualität, völlig anders als beworben, und der Kundenservice ignoriert jegliche Reklamationen. Absolut unseriös – Geld verschwendet, Ärger garantiert. Ich rate jedem dringend vom Kauf ab.

I have been trying to get information about returning and getting a refund for an item that is too large. This company sends me emails with incomplete information so that I cannot get it back to them within 30 days as required. Don’t buy from this company.

Die Quälität ist minderwertig - um es nett auszudrücken. Mein Schlafanzug ist innerhalb von 5 Tagen (nach zweimaligem Tragen) direkt für die Tonne gewesen.
Der Reklamationsprozess ist wirklich die letzte Frechheit!
Ich versuche seit nun 1,5 Monaten eine Reklamatiom zu erhalten.
Ich habe meinen Schlafanzug eingeschickt und nun bekomme ich keine Rückerstattung. Dieses Team ist eine einzige Katastrophe!
Alle maximal inkompetent!
Nie wieder würde ich irgendwas dort kaufen und rate jedem explizit davon ab, irgendwas dort zu kaufen!

Ich habe einen Bettwäsche Bezug über die Seite gekauft. Produkt kam nach ca 1ner Woche an. Ich bin begeistert von der Qualität. Vielleicht ist es auch nur ein Zufall, dass bei mir alles reibungslos geklappt hat, aber ich habe wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Vorallem nichts an der Qualität auszusetzen die ist 1a.

The style was great and it fits very well. I had ordered a similar product from another company and it was not as good.

Sent a complete different item to what I ordered. They responded to my email requesting photos which I sent, offered a part refund which I refused because It’s not what I ordered . Now ignoring my emails. Having to escalate it with PayPal … avoid this company at all cost

I have never worn a silk camisole… and now I know what I have been missing! Lovely. Silky soft. Delightful.

Just wish the shipping faster, but wait was definitely worth it!

I received a totally different item to that ordered, company shows no contact numbers, didn’t answer any emails and I had to go through PayPal to get a refund, postage at my expense and hassle.
Also, if you were under any illusions, this is a Chinese import.
If you had your doubts about ordering, you were right…..don’t do it!

I was a bit sceptical when I done the order, and I had emotions when arrived, but after I open the package I was delighted to see such a lovely silk pyjamas. My partner just loved, was a present for him. For sure I will order few pyjamas for me and some nighties. I recommend!

This is the first time I have bought from Mommesilk - but it won’t be the last.

The camisole is wonderful quality silk - the colour is a true deep Navy Blue.

The size & design are perfect.

Would recommend.

Amazing quality

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I placed and paid for an order that I never received. The contact person, Coco Lefèvre, dismissed me by saying I needed to take it up with the delivery service. There was absolutely no quality customer support — they didn’t even try to investigate what happened. In the meantime, I haven’t received a refund. So here I am, with no package and €60 lost. Truly disappointing. I do not recommend this company and will be sharing my negative experience.
