At first I was unhappy with the shipping information because there wasn't an easy way to track it. I was concerned this was a scam. But I reached out to customer service and they responded promptly and were very friendly. The sling arrived as described and seems to be working well for my 2.5 year old. Thanks!

Amazing customer service. The product is good quality, comfortable to wear and very easy to use with a baby. My baby loves it for errands, saves so much time! Would definitely recommend to others

Bought it for my daughter who has a 10 month old. She likes it. Wished it came with instructions and made it adjustable so her daughter was in more snug. But overall is happy with it.
Also customer service was great. First one got lost in shipping. When notified them they sent out another right away and it arrived within a week.

I don’t think it’s as simple and sturdy. It’s now been added to the junk pile of useless products but perhaps I’m not using it properly but I’ll never know. It comes with no instructions.

It's very comfortable to wear! However if you can make it more easy to tighten it near the locks it will be great. But overall we love it!

Great, easy to use and lightweight: easy to move with. Helps a lot especially with school pick ups and drop offs.
I love how non-complex it is to put on.

I absolutely love this product! With other carriers, it can feel overwhelming when your baby starts crying and you’re stuck adjusting straps, by the time you’re ready, they’re already upset. With this one, you can have it on in seconds and calm them almost instantly.
It’s incredibly intuitive, comfortable, and easy to carry around. I always keep it in my bag or stroller so it’s within reach whenever I need it.
I travel often with my baby, and it’s been especially useful at the airport or for quick stops, it just makes everything simpler.
My baby is 6 months old, and the reinforced back support makes it feel very secure and comfortable. Because of his age, I still support him slightly, so I haven’t fully used it hands-free yet, but I can already tell it will be even more practical soon.
As a first-time mum, this is one of the few things I truly use all the time.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

I booked a car through their website and completed all the required procedures. After that, I was simply told to wait for a call. Days passed and nothing happened.

Every time I contacted customer service, I received the same response: “Please wait for a call.” No clear answer, no timeline, and no real support.

It has now been more than 5 days and I still have not received the car or any proper update about my order. For a company that claims to provide professional service, this level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable.

Customers deserve transparency, clear timelines, and proper follow-up. Unfortunately, none of that happened in my case.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. If you are considering dealing with this company, be prepared for possible delays and very poor communication.

Our daughter has a brain injury so would always be in a pushchair! This gives us another option , it’s absolutely brilliant I couldn’t have asked for a better toddler carrier ! She is currently 3years old , as she stands it slips straight over her head to the position that is needed to scoop her up , she sits on my hip perfectly I’ve got my hands-free to deal with my other children I didn’t purchase the shoulder pads it just works the way it is ! Definitely worth the money we paid would rate this 10/10

I like the concept and that the strap is easy to ajust but unfortunatly it is losening easily. So i have to put an elastic to fix it well.

Very pleased with the carrier. Compact to store in a bag or backpack until needed. Easy to pop on me and scoop up my granddaughter in for when there's a lot of walking and she gets tired or for watching events and it's crowded - she's safe, won't get trampled in the crowds plus she can see what's going on!

I’m thankful I bought this product, as it has helped me chase after my other child while still holding my Velcro baby. It’s peak summer, so this carrier is much cooler for both baby and I, compared to the other carrier I have.
In saying that, I’m not super impressed with it. I feel that it needs a clip to tighten the bit that goes around the babies back so that they can’t lean super far away from your body. I also wish I could tighten the strap more. It’s definitely not a hands free device, but better than holding your baby.
The tracking on shipping didn’t work, and it wasn’t clear that it was coming from Australia. I thought it was being shipped from the US seeing as it took so long to get to me.
Would I recommend it? Yes, I actually have. In saying that, I think the product still needs design improvements in regards to adjusting for different size adults/babies, and shipping experience needs to be improved.

Love the product easy to use and comfortable.
Delivery was about 2 weeks.
Only issue I've had is to tighten or loosen the buckle doesn't move freely. So you have to change without them in carrier or attempt to hold baby in position whilst moving. Definitely not a hands free carrier. But makes a big difference, that extra support saving my wrists getting so sore. I'm glad I've bought one.

Overall, the product is sound and serving its purpose. I did not buy it thinking I could be hands-free, so I'm happy that my hands are mostly free because you definitely have to hold your baby while in the carrier. That's especially true the smaller the baby.

It was not clear that this product is not shipping from the US, and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Tracking did not update and therefore was not helpful.

It did take a little while, but I emailed them to follow up on the order and got a fast reply, which gave a full update, wasn't just an automated response (considering half the reviews say they get no response at all etc)

But it got delivered the next day, the quality is good, carrying is good, little one likes it

Maybe they have improved everything following the bad reviews, but my experience was absolutely fine and positive

Good customer service, a little long on the delivery but it came absolutely fine, probably because I didn't have an estimated date of delivery I was a bit worried. But yeah everything positive for me

Goes to show, don't take every review as gospel

I love how easy it is to use, I dont need a second person to help me put it on or put my child in it. Minimal tension on my shoulder, but a little tricky to be hands free because of the child placement on my hip

I am really happy that I made this purchase! It's great how lightweight and compact it is for carrying around the house or bringing on the go! I also love that it allows me to carry my toddler hand free with a bit of ease for my back. The only negatives I have seen so far in using it is that it's a little difficult to adjust. I have had to get my partner to adjust when I've got my baby in the sling. I wish there was an easier way I could adjust while carrying them. Also, I find that keeping the strap on my shoulder is a little tough - it often slips up. That being said, this sling is a great idea and I'm honestly amazed how great it is with a toddler!

My package got seized by USPS for counterfeit postage! I wrote to them but haven't gotten a reply. I will have to dispute with my credit card- DO NOT BUY FROM SENARAH!!

Customer service was second-to-none, really high quality!! I put in a an old adress and they fixed it on a weekend with swift response and followed up with me on the delivery. Unfortunately, the product did not live up to the same standard. The key selling point og the carrier is the ease of use, but the straps don’t work like in the commercials, rendering it much less convenient and adjustable than expected.
