Amazing spot for an outdoor gym over looking the sea. I have attended some of the morning yoga classes, just beautiful! Highly recommend this gym.

The whole concept and approach to Who Dares Gym's is amazing. The team and staff are friendly and supportive. At first I thought it would be full of beach body muscle bosuns but nothing could be further than the truth.

WDG has given me the confidence to get out there and work out. I simply love it !

Drop in session booked via the website. Booked in efficiently and given a safety brief/demo/tour. Amazing equipment (including a rogue echo bike and C2 ski ergs), super chilled out vibe and just the best spot to smash a workout.

I joined Who Dares Gym to get the fitness bug back and oh my it didn’t disappoint! From the moment I started I had support from the gym instructors, they helped me train hard and I took all the advice on. They definitely know their stuff. I now know what to eat on race day, what conditioning training to add in and they mix it up so you can improve and see the results so quickly.

The Who Dare Games are unreal if you get a chance you must enter and give it a go you will be buzzing for days after competing in one! Best gym I’ve ever been too for sure

Who Dares Gyms has such an amazing set up with quality equipment, views and the most motivating coaches.

Bootcamps are INSANE! There’s a mixture of all ages and abilities
and they don’t just work you physically but mentally too. It’s clear that L and the Busby Brothers put a lot of time and planning into their sessions, they really push you to your limits but know what those limits are.

All the staff at the gym can never do enough for you. They are always offering guidance on workouts and their knowledge is second to none when it comes to fitness.

Everyone who attends the gym whether it be the staff or other users are so supportive and friendly. I don’t ever feel judged or watched as I would at other gyms. Everyone is there to help and guide each other. You really are part of a community here.

If you’ve seen the gym and not tried it out yet, I really recommend coming down. It doesn’t matter how ‘unfit’ you think you are, everyone is truly there to support you to reach your fitness goals no matter what they are.

What a place! Everything you want from a gym with the views of a holiday. Looking at the beach and sea instead of a mirror or brick wall gave me loads of extra motivation. The guys are really welcoming and friendly, I recommend everyone get down there while we still have the good weather.
