Brilliant bootcamp with the Busby's at Who Dares Gyms! It starts with a warm up then circuits on the beach using weights and cardio equipment. Challenging and adapted for different levels of fitness. The Busby's help you train effectively and get the most out of your time. Ended with my favourite tyre pull and stretches to warm down

Spent my summer here. Best gym I’ve ever been a member of. Outside experience can’t be beaten! Fresh air, beautiful setting, fantastic equipment and good company. The personal interest and help from the team can’t be surpassed. Boot camp training exceptional.
Feeling lost since it’s closed for the winter. Having to run to the pier now to avoid going past the spot.
Has to return next summer!!

Who Dare Gyms is an incredible place to workout, meet likeminded people and the only gym in the UK that is right by the beach. The events these guys organise are incredible and it’s not every day you can get a beasting by EX-SF or Marines.

What a great place to train. Amazing ambassadors and amazing location. Great for the local community to experience a taster of Special Forces and Commando training styles. Great team and great staff. This is a great place to meet like minded people and training partners. Love it.

Who dares gyms do a great bootcamp, it's tough but fun and always a bit different to last time. I loved the car pull which I'd never done before. You always get encouragement to push a bit harder so I always feel like I had a great workout. Can't recommend them enough, love it!

I attended the Who Dares Gyms games at the end of the summer and it was an amazing experience. The incredible equipment set up and the experienced staff made a great day at the beach. Looking forward to going again next summer.

This gym is everything, I think we will all struggle without it this winter.

A bold mission, to build better humans, but WDG has every right to be so audacious. This supportive, safe space on the beach is where you come to train your mind to achieve more and push your body to deliver more. Thank you WDG for an awesome few months, for your encouragement and kindness - boot camp transformed my mornings, which elevated my days and made my summer. Everyone should have access to this opportunity. If they’re not, the Council should be pleading with you to come back and paying you to deliver this amazing service for our community.

I’ve been to the gym many times over the summer and I’ve been made to feel very welcome the owner Leo and all his staff are great to be around fun friendly and have a wealth of knowledge on different exercises fitness and nutrition I’ve done yoga self defence mental Fitness and boot camps and they are all great classes can’t wait to go back I wish they could stay all year round well done guys!!!

The only gym of its kind in the country. Amazing location with a brilliant view of the beach makes training way more interesting. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I’ve been to a lot of gyms but this is the best gym going by far.

Such a cool place to be! Excellent equipment and coaches, everyone is always super helpful. There's no better way to train than being in the open space in the nature. Keep going guys!

Brilliant gym on the beach. It’s so nice to train outdoors by the sea. Really friendly knowledgeable staff good equipment and a great facility to have.

I have loved using this gym the last few months. They have a lot of dynamic equipment and a good selection of classes. Leo and the other staff are friendly and helpful and the location is 10/10. What could be better than exercising and then having a swim in the sea immediately after! Hopefully this will become a mainstay of the seafront as it’s adds a lot of value.

Who Dares Gyms (WDG) is a fantastic environment to train in whether for general fitness, strength or conditioning (or all of these!) Not just a wide variety of top quality equipment to use but some fantastic bootcamps. The commando bootcamp led by the Busby Brothers and special forces bootcamp led by former special forces operators are superb. They will absolutely test you and put you through your paces. Having attended many WDG commando/SF bootcamps I highly recommend them - lots of different ages and fitness levels! Don’t stand on the beach watching, get at it and join in - you won’t look back!!

Love this gym. We live in Essex but came for a short visit in Bournemouth and wanted to try it out while we were in the area. If we lived locally we would definitely sign up for a membership! The trainers were professional and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I imagine it would be amazing to have it running all year round but I hear it’s only popping up for the summer months, which is a shame.

This is a great gym, staff are motivating and knowledgeable. Being able to work out in the outdoors in such a fantastic location does wonders physically and mentally!
I would recommend this to anybody, push yourself to go and you won’t be sorry!
