Amazing gym in an amazing location.
Spent a weekend here for ‘Op Commando’ in conjunction with Civvy 2 Commando. What an experience!
Run by Royal Marines / SF Operators, with special guest speaker Phil Campion, the information gained from this weekend is invaluable for anyone with plans to join the military, or even just in life. They know their stuff inside out. Challenging both physically and mentally, I’m walking away from this weekend a better person than before.

The OP Commando weekend was such an amazing experience. Physically and mentally challenging from the phys (all good fun!). Most of all it was highly educational, not just from a militarily perspective but how it can be applied to everyday life. I have taken a lot away from this weekend and will definitely be putting the pieces I have learnt in to practice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, great set up on the beach and the professionalism of the staff was second to none- highly educated and supportive. Thanks guys!

Well well well what an experience and exceptional course ran by great directing staff. Everything was authentic as well as mentally & physically challenging even for someone who has been an passed cpc. You will not regret what you sign up for smile through the pain it’s your best friend “It pays to be a winner” thanks to all directing staff and Who dares gyms!

As an aspiring Royal Marine I cannot even begin to explain how Amazing these lads were for the OP commando weekend, it gave me a real insight to what life may be like as a marine and where my strengths were and helped me bring my weaknesses to light to allow me to train those areas harder. Whether I’ve completed recruit training in a year or not I will for sure be trying to get booked in again. Amazing gym facilities friendly staff. (Even when they’re beasting you) 😉. An all round good experience Whether you aspire to join the military or not. Top job lads at who dares gyms and civvy 2 commando.

Staff are highly experienced and put a lot of effort in training their recruits. After just finishing OP COMMANDO, I highly recommend this service to anyone wanting to better themselves.

Had an absolutely amazing time at Op Commando, the quality of the experience was incredible from the beginning to the end. Was perfect to get a insight into the Military Lifestyle and what it brings along aswell as lots of lessons that can be used anywhere! I've learnt alot from it and highly recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely incredible Staff and Facilities! Super inciteful! Worth the travel all the way from Glasgow for a weekend bootcamp! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

Quality staff that really care about the progress of their lads. Op Commando was especially great. Would highly recommend!

Tried my first bootcamp in my life and after sticking to strictly bodybuilding most of my life I was definitely out of my comfort zone. But everyone is in it together and the trainers are brilliant at pushing you through and getting that last bit of our of you. Professional set up and professional approach. Really glad I went!

Awesome bootcamp session, running on the sand was different and a killer! Good beasting for an hour 💪😀

Amazing workout! Super hard work but great coaches motivating us to get through it and to work our hardest! Helping change my mindset and showing me that I am stronger than I know and can push harder than I think! Don’t let the sand get to you! Can’t wait to come back again!

A perfect environment to really push yourself with excellent staff and fantastic people that train there.

Brutal, tough and it really tests you ! The Friday bootcamp is hard-core and really asks questions of you .

Joined 2 commando boot camps whilst on holiday.. absolutely awesome set up and really impressed with the whole team. Couldn’t fault their delivery in both sessions and will definitely be booking in again next time I’m in the area.
The regular attendees were great and I was made to feel very welcome.
Big thanks to Harry, Jack and Luke-you guys are quality.

Best venue to work out is the beach, this is an amazing concept and very well ran, good instructors also.

The staff are second to none, always on hand and willing to help out. A place of exclusivity no matter your age, race, or gender and everyone is really friendly.

It’s a great place to meet new people as well as working on becoming your best self physically and mentally. The equipment is top tier, as are the staff, the events and the boot camps…

Did I mention the location? WOW! you’re yards away from the ocean which makes it ideal to go for a dip after your workout or bootcamp.

This company is a real credit, not only to Bournemouth and the South Coast, but to the UK as a whole, bringing a niche that people would otherwise have to get on a plane to experience.

It’s not the same feeling as just ‘going to the gym,’ you leave feeling more whole, more accomplished and ready for more.

It was my first time attending WhoDaresGym and taking part in the Commando Bootcamp session. The instructors were great during the Bootcamp, pushing you when you could and allowing you to catch your breath when needed (which I had to do a few times) The activities were fun and great to take part in. The hour flew by and it was nice to meet fellow gym goers at the Bootcamp. Would highly recommend and I will be going again in future.
