The gap in information between payment and delivery
DHL Express's delivery service was the best. However, I was disappointed with the information gap between payment and delivery. If you could tell me roughly when it is expected to be shipping date, it would be a great help in receiving the package.

Too Much Time!
It took an inordinate amount of time to get this bottle shipped to me. Ultimately, I had to pay extra shipping charges and I had to pay a tariff. Not a good experience.

Still a great place to find whisky, the 'add on' costs of margin and high postage are starting to put me off future purchases

Simple bet on youre favorite bottle and whenn youre price is the highest you pay and they send you the bottle quick!
Negative: The warn you aboud the tax you have to pay by passing the border (in my case from the UK to Netherlands) but you don't see the exact amound, what you can aspect, when you close on the site!

I have been interfacing with Whisky Auctioneer to get my bottles to their auction securely and safely, and they assisted me through the entire process. They provided valuable insight as to the current market prices for my bottles and every bottle was sold. Greedy Company
I made a big purchase over 5K and asked to split an invoice which was done to me before due to bank daily limits. They never reply to my request after days they reply saying NO and charged a late fee. After I reached out asking for their help. How hard is to split an invoice in 2??? Besides being lazy employers at giving customer service, They only care about making a few bucks and not the customers. Greedy company.
