Pleased I have come across this brand…
Pleased I have come across this brand who are rooted in science. Having done a lot of research on longevity there are very few out there who understand that there are several components to longevity and not nmn on its own. Would love it if all components were in one drink in the morning instead of capsules but science over anything gimmicky wins

Extremely disappointing customer service – no communication for 3 weeks
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Welzo. I returned an item over 3 weeks ago and have heard absolutely nothing from the company since sending it back.
I have made multiple attempts to contact them regarding my return, but have received no response or meaningful update. I find this level of customer service completely unacceptable, especially when a customer has returned an item and is simply looking for confirmation and an update on their refund.
Three weeks without communication is ridiculous, and the complete lack of response has left me feeling ignored and frustrated.
I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Welzo to think carefully about the level of customer service they may receive if something goes wrong.
A very disappointing experience, and certainly not a company I would currently recommend.

The mobility scooter developed an…
The mobility scooter developed an ignition fault after 3 months. The company refused to do anything until I provided them with visual evidence of the issue. I sent a photo of the switch turned off yet the lights remaing on but this didn't suit them and they spent the past 3 weeks using tactics to delay action from them. Keeping a disabled pensioner trapped in his home for 3 weeks because he had no scooter to use is deplorable. At my own expense I have had the switch done yet Welzo refuse to reimburse me.

Really fast delivery of test kits and detailed results - impressive!
I’m also grateful that the thyroid test is so thorough. I’ve been able to track the ‘important factors’ that my GP doesn’t bother with (they only look at whether they should up your levothyroxine dose) which has allowed me to get my TSH going in the right direction without changing my meds.
